Add this to your itinerary! - My fiancé and I recently had a tour with Rock. Rock was personable, knowledgeable, and a great guide. They had a variety of gin, whisky, and a brennivín that we sampled. Going to Eimverk Distillery is a short drive from Reykjavík and a great addition to a day spent in the area!

One of my top 10s in Iceland! - One of the top moments when visiting Iceland! Recommended even if you don't like whiskey or gin. Both interesting and fun!

A superb few hours - What a flipping fantastic way to spend a couple of hours..... well worth the short trip out of Reykjavik. The tour guide was fantastic (as was his moustache) and the tour and tasting was really interesting, funny and delicious.

Loved it :) - Loved the tasting experience, the background info and the links to Iceland’s history and traditions. Enjoyed the pioneering way of thinking. I left with a bottle of a unique smoked whiskey! Great experience, would recommend :)

Definitely worth a visit - The tour was simply great. We learned a lot of interesting things. The guide was just super nice and gave us a lot of background information and was able to answer every question. The gins and whiskeys all tasted incredibly delicious, even if you're not a big fan of whiskey. What's particularly great is that all the ingredients come directly from Iceland and are grown in-house.

Great experience - We had a great Guide who showed us the small distillary and presented how the business grew from the beginning to what they have now. Tasting the spirits along with the story was a lot of fun. The distillery used mainly products found in iceland when possible, making it very unique. Amazing how these small hints could be smelt and tasted. Would definitely recommend and will probably do it again on my next visit.

Must visit while in Reykjavik - What an amazing addition to a jam packed visit to Iceland. 15 minutes from downtown Reykjavik & you are greeted by a warm friendly host to take you through an extensive tasting of the majority of the products they distill & a quick tour of their distillation process. From Gin ,especially their Navy Strength to Whiskies & Aquavit, albeit young but of good quality all made with locally grown grains & botanicals.
