A truly fabulous experience - I've visited 40 distilleries in 3 weeks and this was among the best. Although expensive, you get a lot. Starting off with an Irish Coffee, there are lots of surprises and highlights during the 105 mins tour around the very impressive site. They even take you on a spin in a bus! To one of the warehouses where they have arranged for a straight-from-the-cask taste. Amazing atmosphere! Final tasting in the upstairs bar was also good with driver's drams provided. Something I was missing at all the other distilleries. Now a word to students running distillery tours: Not a friend of them as they learn everything by heart, especially the marketing stuff, but usually know little about production. How I was wrong. Emma dealt with a bunch of Americans operating on one hour sleep with a Guinness can in hand. I've feared the worst. But with her wit, humour, expertise, pleasant and helpful attitude, she made this a tour to remember. After all, the group stays together for a while. But never I've felt we were rushed. There was enough time to observe, explore, investigate, ask questions etc. Yes it's a touristy thing to do as opposed to going to some of the tucked away small distilleries. I thought I would be a hard one to crack as I'm not even a blended whiskey drinker. But surely all the staff have turned me into an ambassador with their exceptional friendliness. And especially their 12yo is just a cracker imo. Among the best whiskeys I've had on my entire journey. Coffee is free btw (and good). Wifi login is a bit clumsy if somebody was looking for an improvement. Not that there is much to improve. It was a truly fabulous experience! I hope to be back, if only for a coffee and a chat if I may.

Tullamore DEW, great experience - I have been to over 30 distilleries and this tour rocked! Not only did we get to see the distillery and try some samples of Tullemore's different whiskeys, we started the tour with the history of Irish coffee and the best Irish coffee I have ever had. Our tour guide Kayleigh (and Will) was great and her Irish coffee making skills we awesome. Thanks for a great tour!

Tullamore D.E.W. Distillery Experience! - Buckle up for an epic experience! Our tour guide was Ita, She greeted us with such enthusiasm, I think she was just as excited to teach us, as we were to learn. She started the tour with making us a proper Irish coffee and giving us a history of the drink, and the Distillery. After our coffee we boarded the Tully Bus , which took us to the barrel house. Our driver Solomon took us to and from the barrel house. Service with a smile! I went there believing I knew a lot about whiskey. Ita's passion for educating us about everything Tullamore D.E.W. whiskey, left me walking out of there an Irish whiskey expert. The new distillery is just WOW!!!

Fantastic tour - This was a fantastic tour of this stunning building and the history of the company. I am a none drinker and loved the whole tour. The staff in the centre were just brilliant and so friendly with lots of information and we had a bit of craic along the way. Big shout out to Emma who we met in the front office and our tour guides who did a brilliant job Brian and Daria, also our bus man Will well done you guys. I totally recommend this tour. Only negative is that there should be a non alcoholic drink for us non drinkers along the way bar the free coffee which I drink either lol.
