Guide Arthur McGuire is a local treasure - The best private walking tour we have ever taken! My wife and I have been on many tours and honestly today we were treated to the company of a well educated, humourous, warm, charming and funny guide born and raised locally and so passionate about his town! What an absolute treasure Arthur McGuire is! There needs to be another monument in Eyre Square to this local hero! 👍😀 If you are in Galway and he is available you won't be sorry! A truly great walking tour of Galway - Our guide Patrizia was absolutely wonderful. She has been a guide and has lived in Ireland for over 20 years. Her knowledge of Galway and its extensive history was evident during our tour. She showed us many unique places that we would never have found on our own, I highly recommend booking a tourwith her or the company as it was a great introduction and experience for our first day in Galway during the three hours we were with her she pointed out many things that were unique to this wonderful city

Galway in fascinating detail. - Derek our guide had an amazing knowledge of Galway which, with its multiple episodes of sieges and conquests over the centuries must prove to be a huge challenge to remember. Fascinating facts and things to see that you just wouldn’t notice without an expert guide, which Derek obviously is. We would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Galway.
