Wonderful day trip to Connemara, Kylemore Abbey - Wonderful tour of the beautiful Connemara countryside and the Kylemore Abbey. Mike, our driver, was friendly and very knowledgeable and shared the history of the areas we drove through. We even got a fun keepsake! Kylemore Abbey is breathtaking and the walled gardens are worth the visit. Lots of photo op moments along the tour, too. Highly recommend this experience.

Loved this tour - Terrific tour and great driver/guide Tony. We were also lucky the weather was perfect. We enjoyed this tour more than the Cliffs of Moher tour. Kylemore Abbey should not be missed.

Day tour Connemara and Kylemore abbey - I recently took a tour with the wild Atlantic way tours from Galway. It was a very enjoyable and informative tour and I learnt plenty of the history of Galway city. We got to experience the rugged beauty of Connemara and also kylemore abbey. Kylemore Abbey is the most beautiful place I have ever been too and also the most peaceful. We had a three hour stop and believe me you need it to take it all in. If I was to go to Galway again I would go on tour with the wild Atlantic way tour company.

This tour was the highlight of our Galway Trip - Really enjoyed our Connemara tour with our tour guide Jerry. He was very enthusiastic, helpful and full of knowledge about the area. He was giving us sa random facts about anything in the area which are really interesting. He was also very patient. He waited for us to finish our hike around Diamond Hill eventhough we were 30mins late because of the difficulty of the hike. Normal drivers would’ve left already, but he was not like any other drivers. He is definitely a good man. Most of the duration of tour was amazing. I would’ve given them 5 stars, but there was this one guy who was checking each people booking before they hop on the bus who was really mean and unhelpful. But overall, t’was ol good. Thank you Wild Atlantic Way tours especially Jerry.

Disappointed - When booking this trip it said Kylemore Abby “AND” Connemara.
Most of the tours I was looking at you had to choose one or the other. So I called Viator because this tour did not say either or it said and. The person I spoke with at Viator assured me that I would be spending three hours at each site. He said because it states a stop you go to both.
After I paid and got my tickets now it’s states either or. But I had taken a screenshot where it stated “and”.
So I was very disappointed because I would not have chosen this tour. I would’ve picked the one that went to Kylemore Abby and spent some time in the town of Cong. Instead of just 3 hours at the castle. I’ve done Viator tours for several years and I’m starting to see a pattern. Especially when they stay how much time you’re going to be at each site and then it turns out to be a lot less.
