- CVW8+WF Ballyconneely - Coasteering is a combination of adventure swimming, caving, climbing, scrambling and cliff jumping -where you will be exploring gullies, caves, cracks, and a variety of rock formations created over millennia by the Wild Atlantic Ocean! This activity is the embodiment of the Wild Atlantic Way and the best way to feel the power of the raw and wild west coast.
We use an amazing location that our expert guides know inside out to insure we will provide you with an amazing and safe Coasteering session in Connemara.
Coasteering can be for everyone, we will tailor each session to suit the groups sense of adventure, fitness, and ability. This is an action packed, adrenaline pumping activity and is our most popular new activity at Real Adventures, one not to be missed whilst your visiting Connemara.

Thrill seekers - Steve was amazing and shared lots of knowledgeable facts about the local fauna.
The jumps were thrilling and scary all at once! Highly recommend it. This was our second time and as the kids get older and more darling, Steve adjusted which cliff jumps we did to best suit their ability and comfort zones.

Safe, exhilarating and fun! - An excellent and fun experience, the guides Steve and Dave were most attentive and we felt very safe throughout the whole experience. We would definitely go again and recommend it.

A fun day of adventure - Very enjoyable adventure. Challenging, but fun and safety was paramount from our two hosts.

Coastering : Fun with professionnal guides - We did coastering with my family (2 adults and 2 children 8 & 11). Very fun with good professional. I recommend this excursion to discover differently Connemara.

So much fun - We had a super day coasteering with Steve from Real Adventures. We were a party of 2 x adult men and 3 x 11yo boys. Steve was a brilliant guide and communicator, making us all feel very safe. I was a bit dubious about the cost in advance, but can genuinely say it was money well spent. An incredibly memorable day. Could not recommend it more and will be back to do it again 👏👏👏

Great adventure - I booked my son and two of his friends on a coasteering trip. They had a brilliant time. The leaders were excellent very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic adventure for families - We had an awesome time coasteering with our two children (aged 11). Danny the guide was really great, explaining everything and letting us go at our own pace. The kids were very nervous but he put them at ease and by the end they were wanting to do it all again! Thank you for a great experience

Coasteering & Surfing - Just back from a long weekend in Clifden. We organised surfing in the morning and Coasteering in the afternoon. Both activities were very well organised. The Coasteering is a Must for anyone who likes adventure and water

Cannon ball Jump! - Super day out with amazing views, great jumps into the roaring surf, would liked a little bit more in water experiences. Excellent safety brief, instructors always in control, a great way to spend an afternoon
