Highlights
  • 1859 Ashton Villa - Ashton Villa\n\nThe extremely wealthy eccentric Betty Brown’s spirit is forever roaming the elegant halls of Ashton Villa. Many have seen Betty wearing a turquoise dress and carrying a fan during lavish event held at the mansion. Even death can’t keep Betty from being the life of the party…and scare the guests half to death.\n- Open Gates Conference Center - Sealy Mansion (Open Gates)\n\nJohn Sealy wanted to the best for his family so, we decided to build them the largest and most lavish house on the Island. The children play room was in the attic and had a Broadway stage. To this day the children continue to perform for anyone brave enough to witness the stage doors opening and closing by themselves. Magnolia Sealy, the head of the household is seen wandering the halls too shy to speak with visitors.

Fun and informative about history and ghosts - My family really enjoyed our ghost tour with Tyler. We have been on 8ish such tours around the country and agreed this was one of the better ones. Tyler mixed history with personal experience. The Airbnb where we stayed was on the ghost tour which was a bit much for me but not the ghost tour’s fault Lol.

History of Galveston and the People who Inhabited It! - Took a short get away to Galveston over spring break with my girls. Decided to not only do one ghost tour, but two. The first night we did the historical Galveston ghost tour with our tour guide Noel. She was very knowledgeable in the history of Galveston, sweet and easy to talk to. My girls really enjoyed it and myself as well. So much that has peaked my interest even more. The houses she took us to were beautiful and the stories behind them were fascinating. Loved it and we will be back for more. Thank you Noel you did a fantastic job!

Go Tyler! Great tour guide! - Tyler really took us through the history of each place and then told us about who could possibly still be haunting each place and sometimes the gory gory details as well. I went on this tour with my mom and I for a girls trip out of town. I would highly recommend to anybody who's interested in the history of Galveston and wants to know a little bit about these houses/mansions that are full of scary scary things.
