Must do safari - Incredible experience on safari here. We saw so many animals: beautiful birds, including so many peacocks, elephants right up close, mongoose, buffalo, wild boar, lizards and crocodiles.
The park is beautiful itself and the sound of bird song is charming. It wasn't too busy when we went, although you do see a fair number of other trucks around.
Our guide was excellent and could spot animals incredibly well.
Highly recommended. From pick up at hotel to the safari and everything else, it was all good.

Unique experience - It was a fantastic experience. Everything went smoothly. The pick-up from the hotel, the safari and the return transport. We saw about 15 different animals. The absolute highlight were of course the elephants. We can recommend this tour without reservation and would book it again immediately.

Astonishing day trip - Amazing trip with everything so well organised that we could fully enjoy the whole day.
Pick up was absolutely on time, gentle and took care of everything.
Safari guide had an eye for even the small birds with some insights and side stories.
We would definitely recommend this trip as a perfect experience

Best day out - Fantastic day out including a great lunch, plenty of time on safari with a great driver and guide. Then into the baby and junior elephants to watch them have their milk and dinner. Amazing and beautiful to watch. Would highly recommend.

Amazing! - Impeccable service from Sam and his team. Our transfers were organised seamlessly as well as our day trip to Udawalawe. We got to see so many elephants which was incredible.
Any changes we wanted to make to our plan were dealt with promptly and with no issue. Sam made great suggestions and helped make our trip to Sri Lanka truly memorable.

Wonderful experience - A wonderful experience that is worth every cent! The private transfer in the morning from our hotel went smoothly and the private safari itself was amazing. Experiencing all these animals up close is simply an indescribable feeling. The guide who looked after us personally was able to answer all of our individual questions and you always had the impression that the people loved what they do every day. As a tourist, that makes me very happy because that's how you enjoy your time! We would like to thank Sam for the organization, Dinesh for the transfer and the very friendly guide during the tour! We will be happy to book through Bentota Travel Mart again next time! Very reputable and reliable!

Unforgettable experience in Sri Lanka - It was really a very nice experience. All the transfer was very good organized, no problem at all. Lunch was nice. The tour was very interesting, guide showed us a lot of things. Because of the dry season and the noon sun a lot of animals have hidden themselves in the trees. But overall was very nice.

Excellent experience for a young family - This was the highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka.
The transfer from the hotel to Udawalawe was on time and comfortable, and they catered to us having a small child by providing a car seat.
The safari driver himself was very knowledgeable and flexible, and had a really sharp eye for pointing out things worth seeing. The number of elephants you see will mean, by the end, you aren't even surprised. There's so many! You'll see a lot more than elephants though, we saw plenty of peacocks, beautiful birds, an eagle, a Malabar pied hornbill, monkeys, and even a crocodile.
Finally, you'll get excellent communication from Sam, who tailored the whole trip exactly for us and kept us up to date with every detail over WhatsApp.
Really good value for money, and really recommended.
