The absolute BEST experience!! - I cannot say enough wonderful things about Montana Whitewater Rafting and our experience down the Gallatin River. Everyone from the guides to the staff were incredibly knowledgable, made everyone feel safe and well taken care of, while also remaining SUPER fun! (special shout out to our guide Tim, who was the absolute best!) I would highly recommend making this a part of your itinerary while visiting Bozeman/Big Sky/Yellowstone area! Five stars!

Fun on high water - So much fun! Guides were excellent, everything was super well organized and the river was the perfect amount of thrills because the water was high.

Great rafting trip! - We had an excellent trip! Dom our guide was great and informative! We hit all the rapids! I have a special needs child who really wanted to go rafting and he had the best time! Dom interacted with both of my kids and asked them questions and they both want to go again!

Great experience - We went there with the family and my daughters are 12 and 14 and our strong swimmers but I’ve never been white water rafting. The water was high and the river was cold, but we had an absolute blast as a family. All of the guides are outstanding and very helpful. They are all very kind and fun and you cannot go wrong with any of them. This place is a well oiled machine and everyone communicated well. Our guide was Owen and we absolutely loved him. He was over the top super nice super kind and we felt great with him. There was no doubt that he knew that river super super well and although a lot of people got dumped, we did not. I think Owen was a great guide and I know my kids loved him as well. I would recommend this trip for beginners and anyone who just wants to enjoy the river. It was fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about it. Besides, it was a little cold so dressed in layers if you’re there at this time of the year, they do provide wet suits and coats over the wet suits, but you still get wet so dress appropriately with no cotton, they provide neoprene boots to keep your feet warm, but if you’re someone who gets cold hands, you may want to wear neoprene gloves or wool gloves.

Book a tour! - The trip was phenomenal due to the scenery, experience, AND our guide, Stacy, who made it a fun, memorable experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely do this again!

First time rafter and had a blast - An incredible experience with Montana Whitewater on the Gallatin River! Everything was smooth and organized from check-in to the shuttle back. The staff made me feel safe and prepared, even though I hadn’t done this before. Clay, our guide, was knowledgeable, professional, and totally in control. He made the trip feel exciting but never overwhelming. The rapids were exciting and we had some calm stretches to catch our breath and enjoy the scenery. This was one of the best things we did in Montana. If you’re near Bozeman or Big Sky, definitely book a trip.

Whitewater rafting on the beautiful Gallatin River - This was our fave activity on our trip. It was well organised from the start and Elizabeth our guide in the raft was excellent. She got the message across that it was a dangerous activity but not once did you feel nervous with her in charge. She was absolutely clear on her instructions and made it a fun day. I would def recommend it!

Making Memories - None of my family had ever rafted before. We never felt unsafe at all and had some amazing rapids in our path. Thank you, Montana Whitewater and Tim for making us feel safe while making memories with my family of different ages.

Nice Rafting - It was a great fun first time rafting for my family. Sawyer was our guide for the rafting. He has great knowledge and answered all the questions my son asked. He was sweet and made our experience more joyful. We loved the overall rafting experience and it was great fun. Thank you 😊
