Please be advised that starting January 1, 2025, the Forestry Institute of Madeira, in collaboration with government authorities, will introduce a 3€ per person tax on all official RP hiking activities. This fee is designated for waste collection and maintenance of the Classified Pedestrian Trails. The tax is not included in the price and must be paid by the customer on the day of the walk, at the location.
