Great service - Unfortunately the trail was closed due to a landslide but the company got in touch and gave me multiple options, including a refund. I chose the option to hike from Teixeira to Pico Ruivo. The driver picked me up from my accommodation and drove the group up into the mountains. We were given more than enough time to walk the trail. Excellent pre departure information and professional service.

Will recommend to all my friends. - Well organized trip. Friendly driver. The hike itself is unbelievable, a bit tough but not unrealistic for anyone below 50 years old and healthy.

Excellent Shuttle Service with Professional Team - The pick up was at my hotel in Funchal which I could choose from the drop down list while booking. 24h before the trip you get the information regarding pick up time and weather up there via WhatsApp. Our driver was perfectly on time at pick up at the hotel and also later at the end of the trip. The driving was always safe. At Pico Arieiro he explained the route to us again and also the latest time one should leave Pico Ruivo. All together this shuttle service was excellent. Remember to bring warm clothes during autumn and winter (layers!), something against rain and a flash light as there are a few tunnels you have to pass. I managed the whole tour in approx. 4h with me being moderately fit. At the parking space where the final pick up is there is a restaurant so you can have a drink and a meal while waiting.

A really enjoyable experience - This is quite an experience, walking about a mile up amongst the mountains and, sometimes, above the clouds. It's pretty hard work in places, but I enjoyed that. The transfer company was efficient, but they don't actually do anything except deliver and collect you, besides sending you a map of the route.

Bad - Very unsatisfying experience. We used the address given on the listing, arrived early and called to confirm we were in the right location. The company did not answer, and called back saying we were in the wrong location and left. We offered to pay them additionally if we drove to the base, to bring us back. They told us we could not do that. 1/5 for poor customer service. It’s a beautiful hike, I just would not recommend booking with this company.
