Terrible experience, do not use this company - We sat waiting to be picked up to go on the excursion, no one arrived. After contacting via Viator we got a message to say it was cancelled - 30 minutes AFTER the tour was due to begin. A waste of our time on the last day of our holiday, no apology and still waiting for our refund.

Planet Madeira Let Us Down - Sat waiting outside hotel for nearly an hour on our pick up. We called the office, which is closed on a Sunday, so we emailed also to ask when they would arrive for our planned trip today.
No response on email and then we receive a confirmation email that our money would be refunded??? No contact, no apology and been up since crack of dawn on what should have been a nice trip on our last day here on holiday.
Terrible customer service and total lack of respect for paying customers looking forward to a tour that came highly recommended to us…..maybe just not with this company.
If you’re looking to spend an early morning watching other companies successfully pick up paying tourists for trips on Madeira, this is the company for you.
However, if you want to make the most of your last day on holiday and would like to visit the scenic Nuns Valley, *****DON’T USE PLANT MADEIRA******
