Great way to spend time... - Great way to spend time with friends, a partner or even solo. Crew were great with plenty of information and not only provided dolphin sightings but also a guided tour of the local villages on the island as we headed back to the finishing point.

Fab - U - Lous - Informative and exciting trip. We were very lucky. We saw bottle nosed dolphins playing down the side of the catamaran. They dived under the nets and jumped around. What a sight. After the regulation 10 mins we moved further from shore and saw Atlantic Spotted dolphins. Loads of them. At least 10. They were fast and busy. Chasing each other around the boat. We then saw a mother and baby dolphin. No photos as was concentrating on the experience!

Highly recommended - An absolute asset to the island, this tour was world class and we really enjoyed it. We were able to experience two groups of dolphins up close - breathtaking and very concerned about the welfare of the animals!

Fun, professional and correct - Great tourguides Good sense of humor Good knowledge with the right message about sealife. We saw a big pack of spotter Dolphins… I was so emotional as I’ve never seen dolphins in real life. The snorkeling stop looked like fun, will be prepared for that next time. Im going back this week 😊

Dolphin Delights - Busy trip with lots of people but tickets and queuing well-handle. Competent and welcoming crew - excellent opportunities to see dolphins. The trip was conducted in a respectful way to the animals with efforts made to ensure they were not uncomfortable with our presence. Thanks to all involved!

Good 3 hr trip for those that want to encounter wild life in their environment - The crew was in the look out for wild life. Within 30 min of departure we saw bottle nose dolphins. Stayed around to see the go in and out off the water.

Half of it is a coastline tour - The first half of the tour was really nice and we enjoyed two sightings. However, for the second half it was just a coastline tour from Cabi Girao back to Funchal with no possibility of seeing marine life. I would have expected to spend the three hours out in the sea looking for dolphins and whales.

Be prepared to push to see as tourists will do it to you. So sad. - The staff were lovely and most people saw dolphins. I, however, have been brought up not to push in front of people, so for me it was a waste of money. It could have been improved if the company had made an announcement to request that those who had a good view allow those at the back to see. I think it was particularly bad on the top deck, where we were jostled by others pushing, most being older, middle class and rather entitled. Would not recommend unless you are happy to push others to get a look in. Very disappointing and not the fault of the crew, who just underestimated the pushy folk on top deck. Shame.
