Caldeirao Verde Levada hike - Great Hike and unique hike, very much unlike any found in the UK. Pedro was super knowledgeable about the island, he really added to the whole experience!

Beautiful forest hike - The forest and scenery is beautiful! Personally I preferred the 25 Fontes and Risco waterfalls but the Caldeirão Verde waterfall is still pretty (just felt more crowded). If you are a bit anxious about heights just be mindful the last little stretch might make you a bit nervous (worth pushing through though). When it gets busy the paths are tight so letting people past is tricky. Luis was awesome at giving us insights to from the hike.

Amazing - From point of booking and payment everything was flawless. Pick up was on time and smooth. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. Everything it says online will happen happened and we even got an extra little stop that we weren’t expecting. 100% recommend. Also, worth noting: Not that I needed to cancel but I noticed that had a more than reasonable cancel policy which no other transfer provider I could find offered.

Beautiful hike with an amazing guide - It was an amazing day! Pick-up was on time and we received information beforehand about what to expect. The driver, philipe, was very nice and had lots of nice information. We had 5.5 hours to complete the hike which was plenty of time. It's absolutely beautiful and I recommend it! During the hike we got a message asking if everything was going right so they could check up on us. Afterwards we got philipe's recommendations send to us over whatsapp so we could look them up later. NOTE: You can swim at the end. Bring swimming clothes and a towel in case you want to do so

Great flatish trek with limited steps - Great trek, this is a flatish trek around the mountain with great views over the canyon and some waterfalls. You walk through 4 tunnels, which is also a great experience. Your shoes will get muddy as the ground is slightly wet especially in the tunnels. The driver was very jovial and made the ride pleasant. Would highly recommend this trek.

Great easy walk - This was a great walk, you are in the shade a lot of the way so take some layers. Great communication from the company before the trip confirming pick up times and they were promptly there. The time given was probably too long and it could have been shortened by at least 39 mins if not more. There is a cafe at the beginning but no where to sit inside so if it’s raining you will be waiting for your driver. Wasn’t too bad for us as the sun was out. I would recommend the trip

Beautiful hike in Madeira - The tour guide Philip was the best—he’s a really nice person and he gives you many tips for the rest of your stay in Madeira. The hike is absolutely beautiful. The pickup was on time and comfortable, and we were additionally taken to a beautiful lookout point. Personally, I think 6 hours might be better than 5.5 to hike, for those who don’t walk as fast. But in general it was very good. One note would be the pickup information can be distributed a bit better: it’s sent through WhatsApp the night before with a download link and the whole message looks like spam so we deleted it. I also asked about whether food will be provided or should we bring our own provisions (yes!) and never got an answer. But there is a cafe at the park parking lot where you can buy food and water.
