2. Mirador Lomas del viento
Farellones curve 32 stop, stop at this viewpoint, so that our travelers can rest and in turn take pictures of our imposing Andes mountain range.

Muito bom - The guide was very attentive, bilingual, very knowledgeable about the path and the history. The place is wonderful, the view and the snow are very good.

Excellent day, with incredible company - Beautiful view, unforgettable moments, incredible photos, good company. It just wasn't as cold as we expected, the thermal clothing was good for rolling around in the snow.

First time in Valle Nevado! It was fantastic!!! - I loved the experience! The guide Victor was excellent! Throughout the route he provided valuable information about the tour and lots of historical information about the country. I highly recommend it!!!!

Embarrassment and humiliation - I took the tour to Valle Nevado (Valle Sunset), on 12/30/2023, right at the beginning of the route the guide and the driver tried to "break the ice" with the group by making xenophobic jokes with the Argentine people, because in the Van only There were Brazilians and a Chilean driver. Unpleasant! We left Santiago and arrived at Valle Nevado, around 4pm, there was no longer any restaurant open and much less water to drink and bathrooms available, even the famous photo in the cable car gondola was not possible, as the security guards at the site did not allow it because the business had already ended. Frustration! Therefore, elderly and non-elderly people had to urinate while squatting on the floor or standing in a corner, an embarrassing and humiliating situation. When we complained, the guide rudely and arrogantly informed us that we, the tourists, should seek information about the tour as she had no responsibility for what happened, going so far as to suggest that the tour was an adventure... Upon noticing the discontent of the group and also of tourists who were in other Vans, they improvised a stop at a cooperative, which according to the guide herself was not planned on the route and queues formed to use the bathroom. Total disrespect for tourists!

COMPLETELY SCAM - A complete scam. We bought two tickets for November 10, 2023. At no time did they contact us or give us any instructions. When we called the contact number, they answered us and we spent a long time calling from different numbers and when they finally answered, a very arrogant man answered and hung up on us without saying anything else. DO NOT BUY THESE TOURS THEY ARE A SCAM.
