Above and beyond service!! - I have to expressed and start out with all my gratitude and appreciative for Zak's kindness & generosity! This is our second time using his service. My daughter and I were in such good hands with Zak. He truly goes above and beyond. I broke a finger nail from unzipping a heavy luggage. So I texted Zak that we may need to stop by a pharmacy store to pick up some nail tools. Before our pick up he handed me all the necessary tools to fix my broken nail. I was so surprised he's soooo kind to us. Also before our trip ended he bought us chocolates to bring back home to our family in LA. Zak thank you for making our trip so memorable because of you we feel so comfortably traveling to Europe in the future. We can't wait to go to Europe in December and tour with you again!!
