A wonderful massage and excellent value - We had a wonderful 1 hour massage. We were collected from our hotel on time and transferred to the salon which is tucked away in a mall which is being developed near Hurghada marina. We placed our valuables in the security box provided. We did not receive any drinks but the main purpose of our visit was the massage which was excellent and lasted the full hour. We then used the steam room which was nice and we were then transferred back to our hotel. I would recommend the experience.

The massage itself was pure bliss - the therapist had magical hands! They really focused on my problem areas and helped me release all that tension. I left feeling like a whole new person! I highly recommend to anyone in need of some serious relaxation. You won't be disappointed!"

wonderful and amazing experience - It was my first time experiencing an Egyptian spa and massage and it was very good. It was cool and very refreshing. They picked me up in front of the hotel and took me there again. I want to get a massage again. It was a satisfactory experience.

Mixed spa facilities so do bear in mind if you wear hijab - We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children for an hour massage with use of spa facilities. The sauna, steam and jacuzzi areas are all mixed so take burkinis and swimming hats to use in the spa areas if you wear hijab. The massage was private for each person so we were able to have a good massage. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing 2 hours - The massage was nice, it was a bit chaotic because nobody really explained on the beginning when the massage will be or whether is the sauna or the steam room, its not a big place but still it would be nice to explain what to expect and when....still.worrh the money Someone celebrated his birthday in the spa when we were still waiting for the transfer and they invited us for a cake and drinks it was a really nice suprise to feel part of the party a huge thank you for the hospitality

Good massage, somewhat rushed - The massage was good, however it definitely wasn’t an hour long massage as stated in the description. Be sure also to let them know (if you have booked it) that you want to use the Sauna, Jacuzzi, and the Steam Room. If not, they will direct you to the massage and then to the changing room after. We only managed to get 5 minutes of sauna before they called us to get our massage.

Good value but massage too hard - Good value but poor overall experience. Massage was located at Sonos turkish hamman. I would not recommend this spa and would suggest you book with Serenity Spa instead. Pick up instructions should be clearer as it took ages trying to find the other people for the trip. Driver made little attempt to look for the other people other than in reception. Minibus that collected us was not ac and was very hot while we waited to find the other customers. The whole experience was actually not very enjoyable or relaxing. I was expecting to be able to use the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi but by the time the massaged finished it was late so i just took a few minutes in the steam room. And no one showed me that i could use any of the facilities. I wasnt offered water once. Massage itself was the very painful. Ive had lots of massages in the past but never had to ask for it softer repeatedly. Even after asking multiple times she kept massaging too hard. At one point even said i cant go softer. I did have some muscles which were very tense which is why it was painful but i expect that would be the case for most people and the masseuse should respect the wishes of the customer. I waited a few days to post this review to assess the effects and i do feel the tension has been taken out of my muscles but i was very achey for a few days which was what i would expect after my muscles were worked so intensively.
