November 15 Sumo Tournament - Guides were exceptional and knowledgeable. It would help to have specific, clearer description & instructions regarding meetup location and procedures. Being visitors, it is quite stressful not knowing if you're at the correct spot, or how to identify your guide. We met many others experiencing similar stresses.

Great experience - It was great because the experience is so unique and the guides were available to answer questions during the matches. Where it could improve is the guides could provide brief explanation of the sport (history, tradition, rules, etc) prior to the matches.

Great! - It was an amazing experience and we enjoyed it very much! Our group guide was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the price we paid for the tickets. The A seat tickets that we got were 5'000 yen per seat (the price was included on the ticket), but we paid them 15'000.00 each, hence 45'000 total. We understand that the company should cover their costs, but charging 3 times more is quite a lot.
