The heart of Japanese tradition - TAZ is really an amazing guy! History of sushi, lessons and tips for visiting the city. Photos offered! That's great. For sake, it's amazing! And the beautiful sushi... I add that the onigiris and matcha course is just as beautiful, and Taz's presence is really great!
