MT FUJI SPECTACULAR VISIT - I have always wanted to visit Mt Fuji ever since i was a young kid, and the trip did not disappoint one bit I truly loved every minute. It was such a beautiful place to visit and all of the surrounding areas were also spectacular. It was snowing on Mt Fuji the day we visited which if we could have seen would have been amazing. I would recommend anybody who visits Japan to make Mt Fuji top of their places to visit list. A truly wonderful and never to be forgotten experience. My guide was a brilliant guy who was really knowledge and made the experience perfect for me so i cannot thank him enough. We both I believe had a wonderful time.

A great day by Mt Fuji. - We really enjoyed our tour with Ryu. He gave us a great view of life in Japan as well as planning a fun itinerary with lots of information provided. This saved heaps of hassle personally planning the day and getting to and from places within Mt Fuji, and Hakone. He was professional and a great driver. The car was clean, spacious and comfortable for the trip. If I could do it again I would focus the day on Mt Fuji, since my kids didn't want to do Hakone hot springs or the boat cruise, so it would have saved time traveling between the two and we could have spent more time at the museum Ryu took us to. Additionally he helped us locate and arrange shipment of a lost backpack we managed to leave behind traveling Kyoto to Tokyo which we were extremely grateful for. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Thanks so much!

Great individualized day! - Our driver was kind, knowledgeable, Flexible and as an added bonus understanding with our kiddo! We were able to see all the amazing sites we wanted, adjust itinerary and we had a great tour!

Great day trip from Tokyo - We did this day trip in April 2024, Ryu was a great guide, he got us going early and we were able to avoid some of the heavier crowds, Ryu was very knowledgeable about the history of the places we went to, he made all the stops enjoyable even for the kids. We lucked out with the weather and had clear sunny skies. Vehicle was also very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great tour of Hakone from Tokyo! - Ryu gave us amazing context, history and plenty of guidance! He was flexible and knowledgeable. It was everything we could want in a tour! We went with 3 kids (4,9,11) and he kept them happy, found us good snack spots and helped prepare us well for long walks or drives.

Journey turned in a wonderful memory - Ryu (our guide) connected a day in advance to work out the logistics and advised us to prep one departure by an hour. Turned out to the best decision with impeccable Mount Fuji views before clouds and / or crowds crept in. While expressing our gratitude Ryu told us how he advises all his guests to get the best out of their investment. Takes commitment to enable early start. The details and perspective he shared on the shrines / monuments / history / culture / current affairs added a new dimension to the experience. We are vegetarian and our diet restrictions can sometimes be a spot of bother in seamless planning. He made sure we got plenty of options much to our delight. And his personal touch will be etched in our memory. The best ice cream parlour near the lake (last stop to our day) accepted only cash and we weren’t carrying any local currency. Without any hesitation he picked up the tab to preserve the quality of our experience. His adept photography skills have given us pictures to relive this experience many times over. Thank you Ryu.
