Breathtaking Views - We had six sightings of whales. Tried to swim to a mama and baby, but then two males came along and spooked mama away. Our guide, Malaki, is so nice and a super great personality. He felt like our brother at the end of our excursion. My sister and I loved the entire adventure🌸

Just stay away, do yourself a favor - If you run a whale tour and I don't see a single whale, you leave me the only option of leaving you a 1 star review. This is one of those tours they are better at playing terms and conditions game than actually run a good tour. They know you won't see any whales and will tell you it's wild animal blah blah, my suggestion to these guys is to travel more and see how well a tons of wild animal encounter tours are operated everywhere in the world. FYI, they will not refund a dime, so buyers beware. Just go to Moorea for the whale experience, period. We did this one in Bora bora, another 2 in tahiti, not a single whale in sight. Then we went to Moorea, bam! One of the most amazing experiences we had of all time. It's that easy and reliable there. I wish there were a review like this to tell me this when I booked this time and money waster. The funny thing is, we met a family in Moorea, who did this tour as well on bora bora, as you can guess, of course they didn't see a single whale either. These guys are rude as well. When we get to the boat, the captain didn't even bother to say hello, gave us a dirty look, then was on phone for 10 minutes. Turns out the reason is, they have glitch on their booking system, you have to pick 1 person to book this, if you pick 2 person, there is no availability. But the price is exactly same for 1 or 2 person as the photo attached to this review shows. With this red flag, we should refuse to board right on spot. I regret not doing that. The worst thing about this nonsense is not only it wastes your money, but it wastes a perfect beautiful afternoon of yours that you could spend just chilling at your resort.
