Great experience, staff was polite and courteous, which is a must. Our kid enjoyed A LOT. I would definitely attend any winter festival you might have.

On 10/7/25, The person at the front entrance named “Sam” was super rude and unaccomodating, called himself a supervisor just to be seen later being a regular employee. He refused to provide his real name and he refused to call his supervisor. My kids and I were extremely upset by his attitude. I would like some kind of explanation as to why this person is allowed to provide false information and lie to the customers.
