Upon arrival in the kitchen in Sciacca, guests will be greeted with a glass of wine and embark on a culinary journey exploring the history of Saccense gastronomy through the dishes prepared during the lesson.
Guests will learn to prepare a specialty: Fresh Pasta.
The instructor will demonstrate how to create the perfect dough, using primarily hands, fresh ingredients, and plenty of love.
The fresh pasta made by guests will be cooked by the instructor for tasting.
Companions of guests with disabilities are welcome, but they are not permitted to partake in the experience benefits.

Fluency in Italian is not necessary, as long as participants are eager to engage.
