Perfecto! - This was an amazing, memorable day for our family of 5!! Minardi exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond in teaching us to make pastas, drinking their delicious wines and enjoying the chef, the live music (including chefs) and the beautiful views. This is an easy trip from Rome and it will be the highlight of your vacation!!

Trip Highlight! - This experience was the highlight of our entire European vacation. From the moment we arrived at the farmhouse until we returned to Rome at the end of the day, the Minardi family was warm, inviting, and ensured that everything was absolutely perfect. The pasta-making class, wine tasting, and vineyard tour were all informative and fun for our entire family. Lunch was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the authentic family style meal during which we had the opportunity to meet and share time with a lovely group of people from all over the world. After lunch we were treated to some great live music and dancing with the entire group. We had such a great time that we extended our time in Frascati for drinks with some new friends before boarding the train back to Rome. We would absolutely count this as a must-do for anyone interested in an experience in one of the most beautiful and stunning settings outside of the city limits!

Best tour, great class, great people and food! - We had a great time at the master class. We were picked up from the station my Michelle, it was very easy to follow the joining instructions. We started the class with a pile of flour and an egg, we used a nonna’s recipe to make the pasta. The staff were great fun, after finishing the pasta making we stepped into the vineyard for a wine tasting lesson amongst the spectacular views. The meal was lovely, hand made by us and we even managed to get some impromptu music and dancing going in the farm house. We have never been on such a fun tour. We had the best day there.

Authentic Experience-great for solo travelers, couples or groups-fun, educational and relaxing - Unexpectedly one of my favorite days ever. This is authentic, family run, with the upmost professionalism and all of the humor and laughs. I was traveling solo and left with many new friends. That experience was nothing short of pure joy to connect with the history of the vineyard and the country as well as the people around me at the excursion. Thank you so much to the hosts!

Wonderful pasta making in a vineyard… with a history lesson! - A lovely relaxing experience. Picked up on time from the train station by the wonderful Michele - her hospitality, sommelier advice, and translation was perfect in the summer sunshine. Anna Maria, the exuberant chef kept us all on our toes and made sure I had no eggshell in my dough to avoid “crunchy” pasta. This was not just a cooking class - Umberto the owner/winegrower was on hand to give us an ancient pre-Roman history lesson in the vineyard and show off the beautiful views from the hill and his cool cave. We enjoyed our hard earned lunch - the product of our labours, and got to make new friends! We had a short time back in Frascati to grab a gelato and un cafe to soak up the wine before a short nap on the train back to Rome ready for the evening. Thanks Minardi!

Incredible experience. Absolutely breathtaking! - A truly magnificent experience! Nico was a lovely guide and translator, and his wealth of knowledge about the property and the wine was unparalleled. He was incredibly kind and warm. Anna was our lovely teacher for making pasta - she was patient and detailed with her instruction. We learned so much! We learned how to make 3 different pastas, did a beautiful tour of the winery (which has unmatched views of Rome), and then settled in for a beautiful lunch that was prepared by Anna from the pasta we had made earlier. I cannot speak highly enough of this experience- no stone is left unturned and you truly feel like a part of their family for the 4 hour experience. A short 25 minute easy train ride from Termini station - a world away from the bustle of the city. This is a can’t miss experience, and I can’t wait to return. Brava!
