Had the best time! - I had the most amazing time on this flight and the staff were amazing! It was so cool to see the glaciers up close. I have a fear of heights and was nervous about this ride but everyone made me feel so relaxed and not stupid at all. They even gave us local recommendations of local places to visit. I would definitely recommend!

10/10 amazing! - It was amazing. I did the 20min flight and it was perfect especially because it was my first time flying on a helicopter! The pilot amazing and ge chose the best spot to land! 10/10

Amazing experience - What an amazing experience. We had originally booked the twin glaciers but due to high winds had to change. Who cares!! We had an amazing experience and landed on the ice. Awesome!!

Highlight of our South Island Trip - This was something I had dreamed about doing for years. We originally booked from Fox Glacier but the weather was not suitable so we were transferred to the next morning at FranzJosef. The staff at reception were so helpful and let us know we might not be able to land because safety is of most importance if cloud was over the glacier. We were so lucky and the cloud cleared. Our pilot Tim was camp and gave us facts about the glacier on the way up. The flight was so calm. The glacier landing was so awesome. The kids have not been on the snow before and loved it. So beautiful. This company is offering amazing prices at the moment so you should definitely go. Amazing family memories. Thank you

Perfect day, amazing flight! - Oh my goodness - this was just amazing!! Fabulous safety conscious staff. The most perfect day with not a cloud in the sky - saw Mt Cook and Mt Tasman as well as the amazing view of Franz Josef Glacier. Definitely recommend doing it!

Epic Flight - Awesome flight, Tim was the pilot full of knowledge about the surroundings and great banter had up on the snow. Amy took us through the safety producer and walked us to the pads really lovley girl. Made us all feel very relaxed and excited for what was ahead of us 😊 We spoke to Vicky in the office and she sorted us out with the flight in the time frame we needed with no issues at all. All and all was and exceptional experience. Would highly recommend jumping on one of these flights.

Bucket list experience!! - Absolutely amazing!! It is hard to describe the feeling of being surrounded by pure white snow. Defo take your sun glasses it is so bright! The co-ordinators are fantastic. Everyone is weighed due to weight allowance for the helicopter. A super 'must do' experience and well worth the money especially if you can manage to get a 'Book Me' discount.

Excellent views but no commentary - Excellent views of the glacier and we landed on a snow field. A fun enjoyable experience. Helicopter pilot did not give a commentary on what was below which was very disappointing.

Rip-off in bad weather - The flight itself was great. However, we couldn't make a snow landing because of the weather. Beforehand, they had also said that a snow landing might not be possible. But the probability was very good because the previous flights had one. If we didn't land, I would get €20 back, which was fine with me. What I didn't think was right, however, was that because of the weather I could only fly for 12 minutes instead of 20, and I didn't get any money back. I was only told this afterwards, however, and I was very disappointed. In the end, I paid around €160 for a 12-minute flight without a snow landing. Instead of the original €180 for a 20-minute flight with a snow landing. Not worth the money at all for me and too expensive. I also found it unprofessional of the provider that they didn't properly inform me about this.
