Beyond Amazing!! - If I could, I’d give Cindy, Francois, and Chef Munashe ten stars. No joke! Cindy and Francois were hands-down the best hosts. Cindy made sure we were looked after every step of the way. Her warmth and presence at every winery visit felt like catching up with an old friend. Francois, as the driver, was the epitome of comfort. I genuinely felt like I spent the day riding alongside a close buddy, not just a driver. Chef Munashe’s lunch was a standout. He made a beautiful, thoughtful meal that was absolutely delicious. Hearing him share stories about his journey as a chef and sommelier was the cherry on top. It made the experience both tasty and deeply meaningful. The other two wineries we visited were simply gorgeous. They were like hidden gems that felt special and a bit magical. Honestly, I didn’t want the tour to end. I left feeling like I’d been let in on some of Cape Town’s best-kept secrets. Thank you, Cindy, Francois, and Chef Munashe. Tuanni is not just a guide, she is a trusted insider in the South African wine scene. We visited six outstanding wineries, each offering something special and off the beaten path. What blew us away most was how deeply connected she is: winemakers and tasting room staff greeted her with genuine hugs, and chefs and servers lit up when she walked in — from Delaire Graff to Klein Goederust. Not only did Tuanni curate an exceptional wine tour, she also went the extra mile to help us secure reservations at top-tier restaurants like Le Petit Colombe and Le Petite Ferme, places that are notoriously hard to get into. Her insider status is real. She even helped us find accommodations that were affordable, centrally located, and full of charm, perfect for exploring the winelands without breaking the bank. *WLWD Couples Cape Town wine tasting, blending bliss - This was our 2nd experience with Zuri Wine tasting led by Tuanni. The first time was amazing that we planned our couples retreat to line up with a Sips with Soul Wine tour. So in March 2024, we returned with a couples group and our team of 17 people for a full day that didn't disappoint. From the pickup to the drop off, Tuanni set the tone and primed us for our day beginning at Dieu Donne and culminating at Klein Goederust wine farm. At our first stop, we enjoyed wine tasting, light eats, and custom blending before strolling the grounds. Then we were whisked away to Klein Goederust to continue the culinary experience. We dined on a host of buffet items as our lamb on a spick roasted to perfection. Between eating, drinking and strolling, Tuanni was there with notes and educational for a comprehensive delicious experience. Tuanni, put the cap on the day and pulled strings to help us orchestrate a surprise vow renewal on the grounds. You can't beat this experience! Couples are still relishing in the memories of this experience.
