Spooktacular Fun - My partner and I are both seasoned haunted tour guides/operators, historians, and when I told him I had booked us on this haunted walking tour he looked at me, rolled his eyes and asked why? Franklin, LA looks pretty and we are locals most of the time. We honestly weren't expecting anything out of the ordinary on this tour but it was Devil's Night so why not? Boy...were we pleasantly surprised. We want to commend Steven on his incredible, unique tour approach. It takes a lot to impress us and his tour in Franklin is anything but dull, and predictable. Steven's non scripted, personal approach and caring for his tour attendees from start to finish is wonderful. He is wonderfully candid, and highly knowledgeable. His delivery of the history is done with flair and this tour doesn't disappoint. It delivers on things that go bump in the night. 👻 I would highly recommend this tour and an overnight stop in beautiful Franklin, LA. You NEVER know who you might meet. You never know who you might meet.

An absolute MUST DO tour - Steven is the best! This tour was amazing. He delivers the perfect blend of thrills and chills, and is also very informative, cares about the safety of his group and wants everyone to have a great time. But the best part of the tour was him. He is so special.

Franklin ghost tour - Had the best time on the Franklin Ghost walk. It was unlike any other haunted tour I have been on, with getting to use equipment for interaction. Steven is awesome!

Maddie - We had such a wonderful time on the tour. Our guide Cherisse was awesome! She was so knowledgeable about the area, the houses we toured and such a nice person. Our tour lasted three hours and it seems like only one. The time flew! We had a lot of activity at both places and we had a blast using the equipment. And the houses were beautiful! I would absolutely recommend the tour.

Ghost Walk of Franklin Tour - We had such a fun time on our tour. The houses were active on the night we went. Our tour guide Cherrise was amazing! She was very welcoming upon arrival and knowledgeable of the homes. We can't wait to take a tour again.

Amazing tour - We had an amazing time. Cherrise was very informative and the group size was perfect. Loved that we got to use the equipment and got to experience so many different things. Liked that it was not just stories but we got to interact with spirit and other guest on the tour. Wish we lived closer because we would definitely do it again. Also the fifolet candle shop was cute and I love the candle I bought. It smells great. Thanks for a good time

Birthday ghost tour ! - What a fun and interesting experience I had for my birthday !! Was very interesting and we did get to meet a few spirits ! Our tour guide, Cherrise Picard was very knowledgeable and amazing! Would definitely recommend even if you live in Franklin, LA. These are not just ordinary houses!
