Walking tour - It was a Walking tour of Frankfurt city that pointed out different spots in the town.
It was nice to see twinkling lights from the set up of the holiday markets

Excellent and informative - Alexandria did an excellent job of customizing the tour for two very tired travelers. We spent much of our time in central Frankfurt and she conveyed fascinating historical tidbits.

A great way to see a new city - Anita was absolutely fabulous she was so nice and showed us around Frankfurt and showed us some great hidden gems. Was willing to stop and take time and was so easy to chat to. A great way to get started in a town that was completely new to us.

Fun, short Frankfurt experience - The guide was really accommodating! She met me at the train station and helped me deal with an unexpected issue with my train ticket. I saw all the sights at a relaxed pace and she made sure to get me back to the train station with plenty of time to spare.

Best tour ever! - ANITA was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable, she personalized our tour based on our interests. I think this is the best way to see the city, especially if you only have a limited time for your visit!

Great Tour - real experience - Ralf was fantastic; I recommend this type of tour if you want a 'real' experience.
The in-depth one-on-one tour, was just what I wanted to see Frankfurt.

Terrible walking tour. - This was the worst walking tour we ever experienced. The guide was just walking us around and when we asked a question she would say “I don’t know”. I asked if the guide was given any training to be a tour guide and she said “no”. As we walked we noticed other tour guides stopping and providing information about the area. the specific monument, building or whatever. The guide is a student in bio-engineering and has no valuable information to share about the city. This happened to be the most expensive tour we’ve paid for compared to anywhere else in Europe. So our expectations were high. The only good thing about this tour is we got our “walking steps” in for the day.
I would not use Loksfy Tours again.

Disappointed in Frankfurt - Sadly, this tour company (Lokafy) has very poor standards for who qualifies as a tour guide. While it was clear we were not getting a professional/licensed guide, the guide (who was friendly and nice) did not speak or read German (a problem when one tours Frankfurt), had only been in Frankfurt from Indonesia for one year, and had not visited any of the museums we went to. We addressed this directly with the tour guide operator and they didn’t think their communications were misleading, which is very disappointing. Won’t be using them again. We would tell others to be very wary of who they get.
