Excellent tour wirhout breaking the bank - We had a great last-minute trip idea for bourbon tasting which happened so smoothly thanks to Viator Bourbon Bites Tour. Our guide/host was Belkis and she was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful and super friendly! The tours went smoothly and a lot of Bourbon was purchased by all. Ha! When we return to Louisville we will probably do some more tours with this group as it was top-notch and not overpriced plus such a smooth service. Thank you Belkis and Viator Bourbon Bites!!

Bourbon Besties - Fun day touring three sites. Jorg was engaging. Very attentive driver. Maybe a little disappointed with vehicle size for six adults.

Best Bourbon day EVER - We did the bourbon abs bites tour with Belkis. She was AMAZING and we had such a great day. One of our friends wanted to add another stop to a 4th distillery and she obliged. While there we all got our bottles autographed by the legendary MASTER Distiller himself Mr Jimmy Russell. Belkis thank you so much for such a beautiful day. It was like Christmas morning for an adult. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 6/5 stars. Highly recommend.

The best way to enjoy the Bourbon - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We booked The Bourbon Bites Tour as a birthday surprise, and it was the perfect way to celebrate! Our group of friends visited Bardstown with stops at Buffalo Trace and Stitzel-Weller, and everything was seamless from start to finish. The highlight of the day was our guide — incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about bourbon and the city’s history. He made every stop fun, engaging, and full of great insights. We also loved the lunch stop at a local restaurant, which gave us the chance to taste Kentucky flavors that paired perfectly with the bourbon experience. If you’re looking for an unforgettable bourbon adventure that combines iconic distilleries with local bites, this tour is the way to go. Highly recommended! 🥃

Amazing - The Perfect Combo: Bourbon, Food, and First-Class Service We took a tour with Bourbon Bites and it was excellent from start to finish. What stood out the most was the unique combination of bourbon tastings paired with local food, all carefully curated and beautifully presented. This isn’t your typical distillery tour—it’s a step above. The team was super professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the experience. Their passion and deep knowledge of both bourbon and regional cuisine really showed. Every stop was thoughtfully chosen, allowing us to enjoy authentic flavors, learn about bourbon-making, and soak in the local culture in a truly original way. The small group size made the experience feel very personal. Everything was well organized, from transportation to timing and the detailed explanations at each location. I 100% recommend Bourbon Bites to anyone looking for something different, authentic, and high-quality. Perfect for those who want to explore bourbon in a more complete—and delicious—way. Be warned: what’s advertised may not be what you actually get. - We booked this bourbon tour specifically because it was advertised as private, but when our driver arrived (30 minutes late), there was already another couple in the vehicle. It turns out they were also under the impression that their tour was private—so it seems the company misled both parties. The late pickup caused us to miss our tasting at the first distillery, which turned out okay because we were able to join the next one. Even though the driver had confirmed our address the day before, he still arrived late, which threw off the rest of the day. As a result, we were late to the remaining stops throughout the day. To be clear: the distilleries themselves—Buffalo Trace, Bulleit, and Jeptha Creed—were excellent, and we still had a nice time despite the disorganized start. But we didn’t get what we paid for. The lack of transparency from the tour company was really disappointing. We wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a truly private experience. Be warned: what’s advertised may not be what you actually get.

Last minute cancellation - bad communication - The travel operator cancelled 1 min before pickup. Stated that it was due to weather tornado alerts while it was bright and sunny. Later contacted us again stated that there was some confusion on the booking and was waiting at a different hotel even though they sent a confirmation of the itinerary. Ive purchased other excursions on viator. If there was ever a weather concern, usually the company calls and emails us 24 hours prior and follows up on the morning of the tour. A little disappointed especially and had to make last minute plans to visit other distilleries. Oh and with a party of 4 at $250 per person, i am still waiting for my refund.
