Very friendly and informative - We had Christophe accompany us to the Black Forest and to the Alsace region on two separate trips. He was very knowledgeable and took us to all the right places, explaining the history of the villages. We especially loved the hidden gems (which I will not reveal here, in order to save the surprises for any future travellers witht he company). We had a really great time over the two days.
Booking was very easy via Viator with Stefan texting details and asking us our preferences. We left it up to him to make recommendations in some instances while insisting on visiting a waterfall in the Black Forest and one or two picturesque villages.
If we were to visit Strasbourg again, we would not hesitate to use this firm. The Tesla is very comfortable for long distance trips!

10 Stars - Christophe was our guide and he was amazing. We had our 9 year old with us and made sure that she was involved with every aspect of the tour, telling her about the history and adding in the scenes from beauty and the beast. This is a private, small family operated company and I highly suggest using them when you’re in this area they make sure to accommodate all of our needs.

Excellent Service in Alsace!! - Our driver Roman, was excellent. He translated for us at a small winery in Colmar after our drive from Strasburg. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We hired several different tour companies in Alsace…but Steph-On-Tour was head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend!

Wonderful tour with Stefane! - Stefane met us at our boat with a beautiful and comfortable car and took us on a great tour of the local sites. He explained the history of the area. It was spectacular. And it ended with a flair! Stefane was easy to communicate with and speaks very good English. I highly recommend.

Perfect Day in the Alsace Region!!! - We spent 5 hours traveling through the Alsace region with Stephan. We were on a Viking River Cruise and wanted more than what the ship offered to us. We met him in Strasburg. What an absolutely spectacular 5 hours! We allowed Stephan to make the travel plans which were perfect! Small villages, castle, wine tasting, vineyard travel, and a "cremant" toast to top it off. We highly recommend Stephan as a personal travel guide. We often use "Tours by Locals" and found him to have unlimited knowledge of the area as well as a sense of what we would enjoy.

Another amazing day with this tour company! - Another absolutely amazing day with this company. I visited a few years ago with colleagues and we loved it - loved it so much that when I brought family back this visit - we booked again. Fabulous day of churches, castles, fairytale villages, and a winery visit. A few of the places were hidden gems and not something we would have found otherwise. Christophe was knowledgeable, funny, and a great tour guide. Highly recommend.

A beautiful immersion into Alsatian wine and culture. - We spent a delightful day with Stephane while exploring the Alsatian wineries and countryside. While traveling from Strasbourg into the countryside, Stephane provided us with a brief geological, cultural and political history of the region so that the wines, language and culture would be more meaningful. We stopped in one village to see a gorgeous Baroque cathedral and then continued on to the Archillee winery, where we toured the barrel room before tasting several varieties of delicious wine. While en route to the delightful town of Riquewihr, we drove to the top of hill to see the largest castle in the region. Our final stop was the Dopff winery for delicious samples of Cremont sparkling wine and regional Rieslings. The day was a highlight of or three week trip.
