This is a wonderful excursion tailored for lovers of nature and heritage. It provides stunning panoramic views along with enlightening information about the Cathars. In addition, you’ll get to visit two medieval villages with astounding beauty and charm. Keep in mind that good physical fitness and comfortable hiking shoes are necessary to reach Montségur castle. This journey is feasible for anyone with a good level of fitness for hiking. Also, I can lend up to 4 walking sticks if needed.
- Montségur hiking is not recommended to pregnant travelers or with heart problems or other serious medical conditions. But they can do all the other activities of the day.

Amazing guided tour - Olivia was extremely accommodating with a change in our schedule. She was very knowledgeable about the area and her English was incredible! We appreciated the time she took to explain everything to our family.

Brilliant and Stunning!!! - This was a Brilliant Tour from start to finish and I very strongly recommend it to anyone who has a love of Stunning Castles, Beautiful Countryside and Excellent French Food! Olivia was a superb and caring guide throughout and was not only highly knowledgeable about the local history but also used an energetic and wonderfully easy-to-understand presentational style when telling us all about it.
