They did NOT pick me up, couldn't join the tour - I was ready perfectly in time and waiting in my hostel for the pick-up that's included. After 30 min I started calling the company for several times, but I could not reach them. Finally after an hour the personel of the hostel could reach viator. Apparently the company had problems with their transport, without letting me know anything. I had to contact many different persons to arrange the refund and I lost plenty of time. The only good thing they did was paying me back within 3 days, but ofcourse only the exact amound I payed and no voucher or anything for the trouble they caused me. Recommendation: you can easily go their yourself (use an uber or taxi) and buy the ticket there or online, the guide is included anyway in the panoramic tour.

Itaipu Dam YES, this tour agency NO - DO NOT book this tour with Loumar Turismo agency: 1. The bus took us to Itaipu 1 hour before the tour starts. Why? Who knows. There is a little coffee shop with a view of the parking lot and a souvenir shop that you can spend maybe 5 minutes. So we wasted 1 hour sitting around before the tour. 2. The bus cost R$ 49 for each direction. Uber costs R$ 14... 3. After the tour, we had to wait again for more than 1 hour in the coffee shop (in the extreme heat) for the bus to take us back. Why? It doesn't make sense why we have to sit around looking at parking lot for 2 hours when the tour only lasts 1 hour. It's a complete waste and disrespect of our time. We got so bored and so hot that we ordered an Uber to take us back to town for much less money than the agency bus. --- I recommend: - Take an Uber directly to Itaipu - Buy the entry ticket directly at Itaipu - Enjoy the tour for 1 hour - Order an Uber back when you're finished...
