A Great Anniversary Trip! Definitely Doing Again!! - A fabulous, up close view of the spectacular and secluded aquatic life among the mangroves. The love for the outdoors was on full display with our tour guides. They are veterans in kayak tours but were as enthusiastic about the wildlife sights and sounds as we were. Their knowledge continually impressed and the photos and videos they provided wonderfully captured every moment. Looking forward to the next time.

Rivers to Ocean Kayaking - Excellent! - Book it!! Rivers to Ocean Kayaking is a top notch operation and I thoroughly enjoyed the 6 hr adventure. Mark and Fabia are fantastic guides and share their knowledge on local flora and fauna and the history of Fort Pierce throughout the journey. We saw numerous bird species and also crabs and quite a few dolphins. Excellent lunch and many opportunities throughout the tour to get out and wade or swim. I was a solo traveler, but the 6 hr trip would be excellent for families too - don’t be intimidated by the length. A beautiful day!

The Best part of our Florida vacation! - Mark and Fabia exceeded our expectations, offering a unique experience in dense mangrove tunnels that created a jungle-like atmosphere far from civilization. We were pleasantly surprised to be the only ones, making it a truly immersive nature experience. The leisurely paddling pace allowed us to observe lots of large and small animals like crabs, jellyfish, and and dolphins. The perfect lunch break at a landmark marina and peaceful motorized return made it our best day in the area—a highly recommended and outstanding tour! PS: We received amazing pictures after the tour from them.

Great experience! - Amazing experience. Mark is very knowledgeable about flora and fauna in the area. Saw many spieces (puffer fish, stingray, crabs and even followed a Dolphin!). They are very patients and even had fish net and toys for my kids who were not paddling.

Fantastic experience!! - This was our first time to Port St. Lucie and we were looking for some outdoor kayaking and came upon Rivers to Ocen 6 hour experience. What a great way to spend a day in Fort Pierce! The kayaks are fantastic and Mark and Fabia do such an awesome job of providing information during the trip regarding the area and wildlife. I brought my camera but Fabia takes pictures during the trip and shares them after and they are amazing! The mangroves are stunning and so peaceful! I also appreciated it was not a quick kayak experience and was not rushed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time out on the water.

Great experience, excellent guides! - We had an excellent time on our tour! Mark was very knowledgeable about the area and able to point out so many interesting things a long the way, we learned so much! My family and I really enjoyed kayaking through the mangroves, it was such a special experience! They took pictures for us and provided us with a map of the journey, which meant we could focus on the experience, but still have many lovely photos at the end! Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience - We have done shorter kayak tours before, typically lasting a couple of hours. However, opting for the six hour tour with Rivers to Ocean kayaking turned out to be an incredible decision! The mangroves were serene, and we enjoyed not seeing other people, in this isolated, mangrove jungle. Mark and Fabia were good hosts and shared fascinating facts about the area, trees, animals, and they created a comfortable and flexible atmosphere. Paddling at a leisurely pace allowed us to stop for wildlife and take pictures. In fact, they were not in a hurry at all. We really enjoyed the restaurant break Giving us time to recharge. The electric motors made the return trip effortless and fun! This tour made for an unforgettable day!

Amazing Kayak Adventure with my daughter - My nine year old daughter and myself had an amazing time with Fabia and Mark on our 6 hour rivers to ocean kayak tour. We learned so much from this lovely couple from a little history from the area, to fun facts about the sea creatures we encountered, and to gaining knowledge about the habitats we toured. We had great luck and encountered many marine life; several kinds of crabs, fish, jellyfish, manatees, dolphins, birds and different sea sponges. The kayaks were comfortable and we felt safe the entire journey. Fabia and Mark also took great pics and videos during the tour and created an amazing short video clip of our adventure which we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed a delightful lunch at Little Jim’s Bait & Tackle (peel & eat shrimp and tacos a must). My daughter enjoyed the entire trip and was very entertained. I highly recommend booking a tour with Rivers to Ocean Kayaking and will definitely book again in the near future!

Amazing excursion - I highly recommend this excursion! Mark and Fabia are the best tour guides. We learned so much, all while having fun, and enjoying the tranquility of the beautiful surroundings. The kayaks were super comfortable with padded seats. You can even stand with ease in the kayaks to get a better look at the wildlife. The tour was a nice pace, we took breaks for swimming, and our kids were engaged for the entire tour! I was a little nervous about the length of tour with kids- but no worries, the kids had a blast. It was all they could talk about all weekend long! Mark did an amazing job of explaining the three types of mangroves, and enjoyed seeing so much wildlife. We saw manatees, sea turtles, a shark, blue land crabs, mangrove red crabs, mangrove tree crabs, a golden orb weaving spider, and schools of fish! We also enjoyed the green herons, osprey, and king fishers. They offer a motor option for the kayaks which we took advantage of on the way back, so no worries about endurance for the longer tour. I felt on the journey back we could just relax and take in the beautiful scenery. We frequently boat in this area, but they took us to places we hadn’t been before. The scenery is just gorgeous. We brought a cooler of water, snacks, sunscreen/rashguards, hats, and water shoes. They provide life jackets. Great day on the water! Thanks again!
