Great experience - Staff was very friendly and so fun ! From check in to finish was great experience ! My granddaughter loved it

Great Experience - Really enjoyed parasailing for the first time! Daniella at checkin was super sweet, Trevor was informative and very much appreciated, and the captain and crew on board added so tons of fun and humor! The actual parasailing was an awesome way to see the sights! Great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing time - Our original excursion was canceled due to the weather. I was so glad they were concerned for everyone’s safety. The next day we scheduled at the last moment, and they were willing to stay late so we could get there. Everyone was friendly and direct about their instructions. They made our “little” feel safe and confident. The ride was amazing and the view was beautiful. We can’t wait to go again and go for a longer more experienced ride!

Fun and well-run Parasailing - Well run operation with friendly staff. We appreciated there there was only one other group on the boat, as there wasn't too much sitting-and-waiting. We loaded on from a small boat that came near shore and quickly made our way out to the main boat. The ride was fun, safe, and peaceful. My 9-yo son, my sister, and I went and had a blast. The water was too dark and murky to see any wildlife but it was fun seeing the shoreline. We had to walk into the water to get to the boat so bring only a small dry bag.

Up up & Away - The fog lifted in time and our flight was exciting! We didn’t see any ocean animals while in flight but it was still fantastic ! We recd our pics but unable to view yet as they are on disc!

First timer - This was my first time parasailing and it was amazing. Thank you for a great experience. I definitely would do this again.

This was our first time... - This was our first time parasailing and it was a great time. Would totally recommend, the view was awesome!

No tour, no money back - Due to heavy wind my trip was canceled (so far annoying but no one is to blame for that). Now we come to the reason for my negative rating: The provider did not inform me about the cancellation. It was the guy operating the booth next to this one after my a arrival a few minutes early as requested. When my trip was scheduled a truck was moving away the whole booth of this provider (that’s not a thing you don’t know in advance, at least an hour or so). I texted them twice via the viator app now and got no response. Didn’t get my money back either so far.

Unhappy. - We had to wait an extra hour to actually get out then and hour afterwards to wait for our photos when they were already supposed to give it to us. We had a whole day planned and had to cancel because of this one booking.

Bad experience - It’s was terrible experience form me. I paid 120 dollars for 10 minutes ride that not fair . The men at the reception he said we are going at least for 45 minutes . Because the bad weather we did it for 10 minutes . They should cancel it but they prefer to paid for it .
