Additional Information

Must be 18+ to drive the boat. Passengers may be any age.
Drivers born after 1987 will need a temporary boaters license. Please check voucher or confirmation email for the website to obtain license. This takes about 20 minutes to complete and MUST be obtained before arrival.
Maximum weight limit per boat is 325 lbs. and fits up to 2 people.

Good experience, would recommend - Was worthwhile, an hour was the right amount of time. Keep in mind it’s not guided, you’re on your own, but we navigated just fine. Also you can’t really go that fast but that was fine for us too. The fellows working there were supportive.

Great experience - 1 hour goes by fast, but it’s probably the best value. Great view of the huge yachts if you haven’t been on the inter-coastal before. Would recommend this activity, the mini boats are easy to control.

Just fantastic! - Fantastic service, great explanation, excellent support. We were offered bottles of dagua to take on the walk. On the return we were still expected with ice cream. The tour is super cool, very beautiful view of the houses and boats. You have complete autonomy. Your tour can be followed by the map on the mobile, no chance of getting lost. I advise you to book a two-hour walk. Really worth it! Attention note 10.

Had a blast - My husband and I had a blast!!! The location of Las Olas mini powerboat rental is an unsuspecting place. Without a GPS you might drive right past it. When I searched out the place on Google maps, I didn't see any water to drive a boat in, but the dock out back behind the location. The crew did a fantastic job of explaining all of the rules and the safety precautions. Life jackets are provided if you want one. If you're going as a couple or family and you're not afraid, I would suggest everybody having their own boat. The boats hold two people. It was so much fun. There are certain areas where you have to go slow because of the water rules but there is a section where you can go a little fast and the powerboats have a decent speed to them. Loads of fun. We would definitely do this again.

The powerboat experience... - The powerboat experience was a good way to sightsee and people watch. We could go at our own pace. It’s a nice activity to enjoy with a partner or friend. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and knowledgeable. I recommend this activity.

Easy and fun! - Fun, quick excursion and great way to see the yachts and mansions. I was a little nervous about operating the boat but it was really easy and you go pretty slow for most of the time (it’s nearly all low or no wake zones). Went with my 14 yo daughter and she enjoyed it too.

A wonderful way to spend an afternoon in Fort Lauderdale - The people at the site were so friendly and helpful. They made everything very easy to understand and directions and instructions were very good. It was such a wonderful experience to be out on the water and see the intercoastal up close. We had such a wonderful time and we will be going back again. Thanks to all the employees and crew there. They were just absolutely wonderful.

So much fun!!!! - We had so much fun! This boat is really easy to drive and we enjoyed every minute of it. You will see another side of beautiful Fort Lauderdale, at your own pace
