Billionaire’ row from the water - If you have visited the Everglades and don’t want to shop then this is a wonderful way to see billionaire’s row. Do go to stop one as well. We hopped off and back on several times.

Not enough boats - They seriously need more boats. We paid for a full day pass, but had a really hard time getting on the boats as they were too full. We ended up riding the Hollywood route twice because we couldn’t get on the other ones when we got back. There’s no guarantee you will get to do all routes with the lack of availability on the boats. Come on Water Taxi, add more boats!

Make sure you don't plan around water taxi schedule. - Great service first couple of days. Last day we tried to take another last tour. Taxi ignored us completely at the Whistle Stop by the Westin and continued without stopping. We were hoping to finish trip with a water taxi ride before heading to airport. Previous day we had to disembark a ship and change, adding 30 minutes to trip that were unplanned.

Don’t take the water taxi!! It’s a scam!! - We boarded the taxi a stop 7. Paid our $80 for 2 all day pass. 1st boat no problem. Second boat to Hollywood beach no problem. 3rd boat from Hollywood beach very crowded and many turned away but we got on. At stop 4 when we were trying to catch the next taxi we waited an hour and 3 boats pulled in but no room for the customers. This is a rip off!! Buyer beware!! We ended up ubering back to hotel.

Don’t waste your money! - It’s $40 for an all day pass from Hollywood Beach. We had a nice boat ride to Ft Lauderdale. However returning home was a nightmare! We went to stop 6 and waited about 15 minutes for a boat. The first boat was full so we waited half an hour for the next boat. The next boat was full. By this time we had 23 people waiting for a boat. We called the phone number and were told they would send a big boat for all of us. We waited another half hour. When the boat arrived we were told they couldn’t dock because the tide was out. Some people decided to Uber. We had a baby with us and no car seat so that wasn’t an option. By this time we missed the 7:00 boat back to Ft. Lauderdale. So we took a boat one stop north to catch a boat going south. We finally got to stop 4 to catch the 9:00 boat back to Hollywood Beach. The 9:00 boat finally left at 9:27. It took us 5 hours to get from Ft. Lauderdale Beach to Hollywood Beach! The company says they are sorry when people have a bad experience, but this seems to be an on going problem!

Board of Health issues - The tour itself is not bad however. the boat needs work and the board of health should inspect them…the bathroom was out of order and you basically had to get off to go or wait until your scheduled stop. One of The crew actually ran at the doubletree hotel to the bathroom but the passengers were out of luck. Management needs to work on the boats Paying $40 per person and not having a fully operational boat is just WRONG!!!

Waste of time and money - a true gamble - Don't waste your time or money with this company. The boats don't show up on time. If you call the phone number, they'll tell you a boat will be there in 15 minutes, but it won't show up. If you like gambling, I'm sure there's a sportsbook app or casino that will gladly take your money. And you'll at least have a chance of winning. Taking this service is only a losing proposition. Full of false promises and a lot of wasted vacation time for couples and families. We waited over 80 minutes for a boat, and the boat that came said they were full and couldn't take us.
