One of a kind experience - We took the Airboat tour in the Everglades Holiday Park. It was a really fun experience because we got to see the alligators living in their natural habitat. I reccomend going earlier in the morning to this ride because we went around 5:00 pm (which is the time where the alligators usually sleep) and we only saw about 3 gators. The alligators came close to the boat allowing us to get closer looks of them. The boat goes through some canals of water and the view of the horizon line is amazing!! I definitely recommend this ride!

Animal encounter with Matt - Our first time visiting Everglades holiday park even though the boat ride for me, and the family was all right. The best experience we had was the animal encounter with Matt. His customer service skills was amazing and he was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very experience and best of all his sense of humor. He made me my husband and my children feel really safe throughout the animal encounter. He is truly amazing and thanks to him. We had a wonderful time and know more about animals. Matt gets a five out of five rating in my experience. He also changed my husband‘s perspective towards snakes, even though he was very scared of snakes he conquered his fear thanks to Matt.

A nice little side trip in Ft. Lauderdale - Our driver, Bruce, was very kind and shared so much information with us. Also, the alligator show shed light on how these animals are feared more than they need be.

Nice way to spend a day in Florida - Over all this was a good experience. I was looking for an inexpensive airboat tour into the Everglades. Smaller, more personal tours were $250. Just a heads up, this place is very busy. Many busses in the parking lot. School trips, cruise excursions, vacation resort activities, and the like. They are pretty organized, so it does move along, but expect a wait. If you bought tickets online, be sure to go the tickets desk first. That’s where you get assigned to a boat group. The boat captain was very informative about the plants and animals in the Everglades. We did see alligators. The Gator Boys show was also an educational experience, not a goofy gator wrestling match. Good way for my wife and I to spend a day together while we’re here in Florida.

Seeing the gators 🐊 of... - Seeing the gators 🐊 of course! It's hard to believe there are 1 million gators and we only saw four! They must've seen us coming ha ha! I love the guy with the gator! Hard to believe he's only living on tips and you're not paying him! There must be a good reason… Not good enough insurance!?

Loved Anna in the pink Tata - We went on this tour following our cruise and it was a great way to spend the day. Our guide / boat captain was amazing (I believe it was Anna in the pink Tata). Loved her feisty attitude and we always felt safe. She was able to find 2 gators for us which I believe was more than the other boats. The boat ride was the best part of the day. The show afterwards was a little quirky and geared more for a younger crowd but in all, it was a great way to spend a few hours.

Wait, not worth the trip or the money. - Seeing the alligators in the Everglades. However, I was informed by the Vater agent that the boats left at few 20 minutes. But she failed to tell me was that we would have to wait 2 to 3 hours to get on that boat. The Holiday Park from which the boats left had very few amenities. We were left standing around. In the heat. It seems priority. Is given to the cruise boat patience. I definitely would not recommend this trip. I now expect a full refund.

Horrible and I want a refund! - Well, after seeing the show, which was outstanding, we were greeted by a guy on the dock, Capt Rick, who told us he’d be our Captain for our airboat tour. I was a little taken a back that our boat was not covered like the others, but I didn’t think much of it, until we got on the boat and Capt. Rick started the engines without any warning us of the engine’s noise. OMG, it was so loud it was painful. (Hearing protection would have been appreciated) After taking us only a few hundreds yard, Capt Rick then turned off the engine and without hesitation gave us a synopsis of his childhood and telling us that the next hurricane to hit southern Florida would most likely kill millions and wipe out half the state. (Yes, just what you want your kids to hear.) After 10 minutes of blabbering about his grandfather and the doomsday scenario, he started up the boat and took us through some high grass, which struck the passenger in front of us in the eye. (WTF I thought) After 5 minutes of boating, Capt. Rick once again stopped the boat, not to look for alligators, but once again to tell us about growing up with a grumpy Indian grandfather, his bout with cancer, how he’s going to be buried with a piece of rope in his mouth and finally telling us how he lost three fingers to an alligator. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough, he then launched himself off of the boat and warned us about putting pictures of him swimming on social media, because he would most likely lose his job. After a good 10 minutes of him telling stories in the water, where we were told there might be alligators, he got back on the boat and we headed back to shore. How in the hell can you have this lunatic, who put us in danger by jumping overboard, be a captain on one of your tours? I was so disappointing, as were my friends, and we walked away from the boat thoroughly disgusted by his behavior. Instead of even looking for alligators, this narcissist spent 45 minutes of our boat tour talking about himself and 15 minutes driving us around the Everglades with no interest of us seeing anything. Oh, and if his behavior wasn’t enough, calling a female passenger “Mamacita” 20+ times during our tour was totally disgusting and sexist. Please tell him slang for Mamacita means "hot, sexy woman" which any decent person would never use in a public setting. Lastly, I am also telling Viator about our day, since they’re the ones who I booked our tour. Sincerely Sean Murphy, A very unhappy customer!

Very disappointing. - Extremely disappointed. I bought a ticket online but that was worthless because we still had to wait in a ticket line for over an hour. There was no communication by text or announcement over the PA system that even once we got to the ticket window there was another 3 hour wait! What was the point of buying the ticket in advance on the website? We could not wait another 3 hours so we left, with 3 tickets we had paid $120 for. They said we could come back another day & the tickets would be transferable but they were so disorganized, I don't trust that they will honor those tickets. Beware & be prepared to wait hours in multiple lines.

Terrible experience - Arrived at 11:30. Waited in line for 90 minutes to buy tickets and then informed we would need to wait 3 hours for a boat ride. Reservation system is archaic and they don’t inform visitors in line that the wait is hours long for a boat ride. Very disrespectful of peoples’ time. We just left without getting on a boat. Felt like a big tourist trap.
