Bad experience with tour operator - Unfortunately, we couldn't take the tour. We arrived at the meeting point before 9 am as agreed. Seeing that the operator did not show up, we called him and he told us that the tour would start at 10 am. We kept waiting for another hour and he didn't show up. We contacted him again by phone and he said he was on his way but never arrived.
We wasted more than 2 hours waiting, we called several times but now the phone was out of service.
He finally canceled the tour and we got a refund around noon, but we lost the chance to make other plans to visit the island.
