- A mandatory cash deposit of €5 is required for the entrance pass bracelet. The deposit will be refunded upon exit.
- Children aged 0 to 11 are not allowed in the thermal area: they have access to two comfortable and safe pools and the swimming pool, all filled with seawater, in addition to the beach.
- The park is open every day from April 20 to October 31, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The Wellness Center is open from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (from October 1, it closes 30 minutes earlier).
- Hydrofoil tickets will be sent via WhatsApp 24 hours in advance and must be shown to SNAV staff.
- To enter the Gardens, please present the booking confirmation voucher.

I really enjoyable and relaxing visit. - This was a lovely day out. The transport was well organised which took a lot of work out of the day for us. We may have been lucky because it was a slightly cloudy day but the gardens/pools weren’t crowded. There were plenty of loungers. The pools were wonderful to try and the general environment was beautiful and relaxing. The food in the cafe was really good with lots of healthy options. The changing and locker facilities were also very adequate. Only issue was unexpected €5 charge each for wrist band.

Beautiful experience - I wasn’t sure if the beautiful pictures posted were gonna be the reality that we would see. But it is absolutely as gorgeous as the picture show. Everything went smoothly from hopping on the hydrofoil and getting a shuttle there. The only thing I wish is that the spa would have better signage inside. It took us a while to find where the towels and swim caps were located. By the way, they are right next to the indoor swimming pool. I love the temperature of all the pools. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great day, thermal pools at Poseidon Gardens were amazing. The place was clean, well managed and wasn’t busy. - Well organised transport, only negative was having to make own way to the port. A bit challenging finding where hydrofoil left from but got there in the end.

Relaxing day away from city - Really enjoyed our day there. It was quiet in October but guessing it would be very busy high season.
Beautiful park and beach access. Pools so relaxing and very clean. Food also reasonably priced.
Would feel even better if people weren't allowed to SMOKE- at what is essentially a place promoting health and wellbeing.

Great outdoor Spa Experience - Myself and 2 friends went for the day from Sorrento. It was a great experience trying out all the different thermal pools and the beach. It was busy but didn't have to queue up for any of the pools. The restaurant areas were nice and not too expensive.
The only drawback was the length of time you actually had there, only 4 hours. Prepare to be away all day. We left hotel at 8.30 am and got home at about 7pm!
I made the mistake of thinking you could go from Sorrento, but in fact, the hydrofoil was from Naples. When I realised this and knew we couldn't get to Naples for 8.30, the company was very helpful in trying to ensure we still got to use our Spa tickets. Fortunately, the hydrofoil did run from Sorrento to Ischia on a wed, but I had to buy another 3 tickets as they said they couldn't trf the tickets I'd purchased. The hydrofoil was nearly an hour late arriving in Sorrento, so it was not a great start. Thankfully our minibus trf at Ischia Port had been told to wait for us so we got to the Spa just before 12 midday. The hydrofoil delay wasn't the company's fault, but it meant we only had 4 hours in the spa and it would have been nice to spend a bit more time there.

immersion in nature - the gardens are crazy, the park is huge, there are many swimming pools, most of them outdoors, some indoors, of different degrees. There are many umbrellas and sun loungers scattered throughout the park, and there is also a very large private beach. In the swimming pool you should use the headset, which can also be purchased inside a boutique located right next to the indoor pools. The park is not only developed in the plains but also in height, where you will find many swimming pools, a sauna, and wonderful viewpoints, where you can admire a beautiful view. The only downside is that the prices of the bar and restaurant are a bit high. For example, a breakfast consisting of a ginseng, a coffee, and two croissants, cost us nine euros. but otherwise all very nice.

Painful, one tease after another! - I booked a tour with transfers from Naples included, clearly indicated in the description. From the start, however, chaos began: every day messages from different numbers insisting that transfers were not included, trying to shift the responsibility onto me. After a thousand explanations from them (“product put online incomplete”) they practically forced me to rebook paying more, without ever apologizing or offering a gesture of seriousness.
Upon return, meeting point set at 16:35: I was there 5 minutes earlier, with screenshots and rehearsals. In the morning I had even sent my partner the location and time precisely to avoid problems. At 4:45 pm, seeing no one, I wrote to the assistant: they told me that they had already left and that they had called our names. False, and there are witnesses. Me and 3 other people had to pay for a taxi.
Twice on the same tour I lost money and patience. I gave clear evidence, nothing to them. Painful: I do not recommend it to anyone.
