Olive groves are an art, not a hobby. So interesting - Wow... Amazing tour with Pier. I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin so I was curious on the process of growing an olive grove. Pier explained from the soil all the way to harvest and beyond. He will go as in depth as you want and it was super informative. It actually ended up being a great late afternoon evening out with a fabulous sample of local foods to eat at the end which ended up being a meal. HIGHLY recommend Pier on this tour.

Amazing experience - I took this tour with my friends yesterday. We had a really great time and learnt so much about the olive trees- this made us appreciate the organic olive oil even more. Pierre is a real passionate and a great spacialist- his knowledge about the entire process and industry is amazing. He answered all of our questions and was so friendly and hospitable. At the end of the trip and delicious dinner he invited us to taste his homemade limoncello. Because it got dark when we finished and we were on foot he suggested to give us a lift to our Aibnb. We will definitely remember this evening as one of the best from our Apulia trip. Thank you Pierre!

Highly recommended- really interesting - The experience was interesting and extremely informative. It was great to get out into the olive groves learning from a passionate professional while amongst 500+ year old trees. Makes you appreciate olive oil even more, and those who produce the organic product.

Deep respect for Pier’s work with olive trees and towards his oil production. - We had a brilliant time with Pier, soaking in his knowledge and experience in organic processes of keeping his olive groves. We are grateful to have walked amongst Pier’s beautiful trees, hundreds of years old, to have learned of the work he puts in to them, and to hear of his sense of responsibility he holds towards the planet, and to the health of our bodies. He is generous with his time and his sharing. To top it all off, Anna prepared us extraordinary plates of food, accommodating our dietary requests.

worth a visit :) - Even though I didn't have the opportunity to walk among the olive trees (because the weather protested that day) and experience the authentic interpretation from the pleasant and always smiling owner surrounded by olive trees, Pier provided us with all the information and interesting things while tasting local products, supplemented with oil. It is amazing to see the passion and enthusiasm with which Pier provides all his knowledge about the processing and production of olive oil. The oil was really unique and so delicate that we didn't doubt for a second about its purchase :). In addition, it is possible to buy wine, flour, pasta and other local specialties from him. She will be very happy to come back here and I believe, and I will take the tour again, as it should be.

Learning about making organic olive oil followed by tasting and dinner of local specialties. - We had a great time doing the ‘olive oil’ tour , we started with Pier ( the owner) in his beautiful olive tree grove. The trip to it and the grove itself would have made it already very memorable. Pier explained very clearly how to grow olives environmentally friendly and sustainable but also economically. His enthusiasm and his passion for his work is very contagious. The excellent dinner , wine and discussion back at his home provided an unforgettable finish to a tour, we can wholeheartedly recommend! Ed and Robert

Amazing afternoon at the olive yards - The tour was just amazing. First, we drove to the oliveyards and our guide, Pierluigi, explained the whole process of how the plants are treated until they are ready to be harvested. It was informative and funny. He has a huge knowledge about everything concerning the olive trees and he could answer all of our (many) questions. We didn't only learned about the olive trees and the oil but also got some background information about the industry behind the olive oil production of the region Apulia. Afterwards we walked through the yard and he showed us the oldest ( about 1000 years!) and their biggest olive tree. He was really considerate with the following tasting as we were restricted by some diet rules. He offered us a special tasting which took our diet rules in account. All in all one of the best things we did during our stay in Vieste and I would definitly recommend to go their.
