10 out of 10-must do in Key West - Fabulous day trip. The captain and crew were accommodating, friendly, fun, and interactive with the group. We had a group of 10 friends and everyone enjoyed it. Definitely will do it again.

Nice and friendly excursion - Crew was very friendly and accommodating. They were safety conscious and made sure everyone understood safety procedures. If you have never snorkled, the staff helped teach or if you had any mobility issues, they were available to assist. Realatively easy to get on and off the boat. It was definitely unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks and a couple of different rum punches. You have to pay for top shelf alcohol, but they offer a discount if you buy a wrist band. Downside to the trip is that there is not enough seating. Plan to stand the whole time. Also suggest flip flops or boat/water shoes. The part of the deck not covered is extremely hot. Would recommend this excursion if you enjoy snorkling and drinking.

Snorkeling trip - Fun time, not a real large group. Worth the money spent. The crew was very good and helpful. The person at the Sunrise check-in was rude. Didn't answer my question.

Disappointed due to rough seas - I believe that this trip should have been cancelled by the operator as the sea was so rough it was almost impossible to swim. We were informed before we left that it would be rough and given the option to reschedule but that isn’t possible when leaving town the following day

Tourist factory anyway... - We were visiting Key West and booked directly on site for this excursion. Count $50 per adult and $30 per child. 1h of outbound travel - 1h on site - 1h for return. Free drink There were too many of us for my taste on the catamaran, and therefore the impression of a real tourist trap. The term is maybe a bit exaggerated but I had the opportunity to do other excursions of this type that were nicer. The sea was a little rough. We still saw beautiful specimens and had a great time with family. However if you want qqch more intimate, go your way

NOT a good experience. When Captain says " It's very windy". Just reschedule. - Although we were warned by the captain about it being very windy, according to her: "It was mainly just the boat ride to get there". We were under the impression that it would be calm ENOUGH to snorkel when the boat stopped. We weren't even strong enough to swim against the current to MAKE it to the reef. We had NO idea it would be so difficult. We had both snorkeled before many times, but this was WAY difficult. The captain and crew(although pleasant enough) adopted a " We warned you, that's all we can do "attitude . Unfortunately, some were very condescending. Yes, it was our decision to press on, but it was rather a bit like" insult to injury". It was an incredibly disappointing experience. Is there ever a crew member who actually gets into the water to swim alongside the group in order to encourage and help along the way? In All of my previous experiences, the crews provided a much more supportive presence , rather than a "sink or swim "leap into the water.

It was degrading - Capt. Kirstain was our skipper. They did a horrible job of checking with everyone about the rules. About the reefs. My new bride and I was in key West on our honeymoon and this was on our list to go snorkeling. When we got to the spot for the boat to anchor to release everyone into the water. We were yelled at dis-respectfully and told to come back towards the boat. Even tho we were also instructed not to go past the reef. Which we didn't. And they treated my wife and I like we were children. We paid good money for this. And wre treated very poorly. And even humiliated us in front of other customers. To make is out to be fools. I won't ever forget my wife crying. I will be sueing them for everything I can get. This company needs to really assess the people they hire. This has set the tone for the reat of our honeymoon. I'm so mad and angry about the whole experience. We not only need a refund. But more than that. They need to fire so called capt. Kristian. What a horrible person to represent a company. Shane on her behavior.
