Good transfer service - We transferred from the airport to the hotel and back. It is a good company and there were no major problems in carrying out the service.

Very unpunctual - We moved with South Travel to the airport round trip and to Beto Carrero round trip. In absolutely all the transfers they arrived very late according to the agreed time, in fact, upon arrival we had to wait more than 1 hour for them to come pick us up.

Very bad experience - When disembarking in Florianópolis, we had to wait for the other passengers for more than an hour. The transfer crossed the entire island, leaving passengers at different points. We were the last to get off, and as a result we arrived at the hotel almost 4 hours after landing at the airport. On the way back (hotel-airport), the company sends a small car for four passengers. We traveled very cramped, without the slightest bit of comfort.

Rudeness and disrespect - We bought a package with Decolar and the transfer with the company South Travel was included. The journey was peaceful. When they returned, they sent a message setting it for 9am. I asked them to change it to 10am. The person sent a message saying it would be 9:15am, as it was shared. We accept. On the day, they got in touch at 8:45am saying that the driver was available. I explained that we scheduled for 9:15 am. They said if we used the service at 9am it would be cancelled. We ran out and at 9am we were in the car, when the TOTAL DISRESPECT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS began. The driver, said to be the owner of the company's son, asked us if we knew that the transfer was shared. I explained that I had just discovered it. He said he should inform me better before hiring something and that's when the stress started. My sister asked if everything was okay, because he was being rude. He said that if we complained he would take us back to the hotel, because he is the owner's son and the verbal attacks began. Phrases like: "You guys want to be rich, so why don't you hire a private person", "You guys are lazy", "If you had left earlier I wouldn't be in this traffic", "Do you know who you're talking to? I'm the owner's son ", among others. It was extremely embarrassing, stressful, rude. He continued arguing and offending us. We remained tense throughout the journey and afraid of being attacked, such was the driver's lack of control. I hope that Decolar takes action and stops partnering with a company as disrespectful as this one. We feel insecure about contracting a new service through DECOLAR and being at the mercy of completely unprepared companies like this and who are completely sure of their impunity.
