Our exploration leads us to the heart of the park, where you will encounter the iconic Pyramid of the Great Jaguar, a symbol of Guatemala. You will also have the opportunity to ascend the Temple of the Masks: Temple 2. Our adventure doesn’t stop there as we proceed to The Lost World to gain insight into the origins of the city and the Mayans’ precise calendrical systems. The journey culminates with an ascent to one of the tallest pyramids on the planet: Temple IV, standing at 64 meters tall. Great trip. - Great trip but did feel the guide depended on me to translate for my husband who was the only person who had no Spanish. Luckily the guide had good clear speech and I was able to pick up most of what he said.

Amazing Experience! - Tikal was fantastic and such a worthwhile trip. We were able to fly into Flores in the morning, then Lets Go Tikal picked us up at the airport, then after the tour around 3 pm we were dropped off on the Flores island and we spent a few more hours there before flying back to Guatemala City.
The tour crew was very well organized with clear communication, and our guide Nate was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Tikal and the Mayan culture. I would 100% recommend them!

You have to go - Very good activity. The tour guide Donald helped me to find cash and pay the entrance ticket for Tikal. Good explanation of everything and funny guide

Great experience - My overall experience was GREAT!
The guide Nathanael was VERY knowledgeable and was able to communicate clearly English and Spanish AND was able to share with us all the information in regard to the MAYAS. He answered all questions we came up with.
The driver was also VERY friendly and drove VERY careful all the way from Flores to Tikal. I am very please I chose this tour team. Thank you

Mostly Really great - I loved my experience with a few comments.
The driver was great. our guide was new but did everything he could to make our experience great. It seemed he was a quick replacement because of some delays at the airport and did not speak English. So we had to insist a bit to get an English speaking guide. I think our Spanish guide did what he could to solve the problem. I hope he got paid extra for being put in a very difficult situation.
Also, the meetup location they texted me was wrong so I had to get a waiter to call for me to figure out where I was supposed to be.
Loved the drive, the other travelers were great. The tour was really great once we got an English guide and I learned so much. Bring water and bug spray and a granola bar or two.
I think I saved a bit by purchasing my own ticket on line, but they will arrange your ticket and your lunch if you want them to.
We walked all over the park and climbed so many steps. Tiring but very doable.
Looks ved the experience in the end.
I wish they had given better details and been more clear to begin with.

Amazing experience!!! - It was a great experience. Our guide was amazing. I highly recommend. The line to get the tickets was a bit long. Make sure you have ID with you, they also accept pictures of passports. We left 20 minutes late but we stayed an extra hour at the end.

Do not use Viator! - Viator sold me a product that the operator tikalgo wasn’t offering anymore and I end up losing all my money because they both play the blame game and niether of them took responsibility. It was a very bad and frustrating experience.

Choose a different operator. - They never picked me up at the prescribed time and place, no attempt at communications before nor after…. No response through the Viator chat function with the operator even now over 24 hours later.
