100% a great day ! - Our whole family had a great time on this 1/2 day experience. It was my husband and me, two kids (18 & 16), and one grandma, and everyone loved it. The market part of the morning was interesting and informative. The cooking part was really fun because of the variety -- the dessert, the pasta making itself, the Bolognese. And wow - when it came time to eat, everything tasted amazing. We were 100% happy to have spent part of our time in Florence with this experience. Thanks so much!

Fun cooking! - We had a great time at this event. Our Chef was Roberta and we attended a Sunday class. The chef was very informative while keeping the day fun. It is interesting to watch a chef who is trained do simple tasks in the kitchen, she was very efficient. We were divided into tables of Four and Six. The people at both our table and the group were great, made for a super day. The chef instructed the Bolognese and tomato sauces. The class does the scratch pasta. Note that on Sunday there is no market tour, we knew this ahead of time, it was fine the day was hot. I would do this activity again.

For the love of pasta. - We loved the entire experience from the shopping at the market with a wonderful food tasting and lessons learned about olive oil and truffles to preparing the food. I most enjoyed the pasta making as I always thought it was much more difficult. I am truly enspired to try it when I get home. Our chef's were awesome. Time well spent.

Not a hands on as I hoped. - I have only given this 3 stars because of the group size to make the tiramisu was way to big, we had a group of 7 people, each having a small chance to stir, it was actually a bit of a joke. The sauces were made by the chef, which was also a bit disappointing . However the pasta making was super fun, the food was delicious and chef Stephen was very entertaining.
