Extremely knowledgeable... - Extremely knowledgeable guide. Wow. We all enjoyed. I would have liked a bit shorter but I understand there was a lot to cover. Our guide was awesome.

Office Gallery - Do not bring bottles over 500 cl to museums. All very beautiful and fascinating for those who love art and history.

Uffizi Review - Very crowded but a great experience m. The Roman and Greek art was amazing. After seeing 8 different versions of the Adoration of the Magi…they kind of blend and they all look alike (take it in stride). Caravaggio, Michelangelo, daVinci, Rubens, Rembrandt, and so many other great artists are present as well.

The guide was extremely... - The guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the exhibits. Her name was Mary and she was very passionate about the renaissance and made the tour very educational. Very good experience

Poor & costly from the ticket supplier - Poor ticket notification & express line means nothing - you line up a minimum of 30 minutes beforehand & wait with +500 people for your time slot. We could have got tickets for €25 not €39 from Uffizi ticket office and joined the line. No such thing as "skip and express line".

Great experience, once we managed to get in - Booked tickets that said "Fast Track", but when we got there, there was no fast track option, and we really struggled to find anyone who would help us to find out how to get in so we missed our time slot, but we did eventually get in. Once inside it was an amazing experience and was worth the wait.

overrated - way to many people if you are not overly interested in art you won’t miss much if you pass. some nice statues

There was a lot of confusion finding the person with the tickets - The museum is great, can be crowded. We were not able to find the person with the tickets on time to “skip the line”. We did eventually find him and got the tickets for the museum but we had to wait in the normal line.

Do not use this company! - When we went to receive our vouchers, we were told they were sold out. This after waiting in a long line to receive them. They offered no apology and did not even return our money!

Do NOT buy this service!!!!! - Be careful, OVERPREICED AND COMPLETELY UNUSEFUL! The Uffizi Gallery itself is beautiful and I highly recommend visiting it. However do yourself a big favor safe a lot of money by buying the ticket at the official vending office/online, not through ITALY PASS. The official ticket price is about 25 eur. At Italy Pass it is 50 eur. That would be fine, if the service would keep its promise: making fast and easy to get the tickets. Unfortunately we had quite the opposite experience. The meeting location was not clearly described. Therefore we could not find the guy for the ticket handover, despite of stressfull search though the crowds of tourists. Eventually we called the hotline. They told us to go to the Italy Pass office 20 min away. So we walked there 20 min. At the office we are being told that it was a mistake and we have to walk back to the original meeting spot. This time the lady specified clearly where to go. So we walked 20 min back. Then we finally found the guy and received our tickets. Only an hour late, with a long and rushed walk, for overpriced tickets. This service makes sense if it makes your ticket purchase quick and easy. If it turns the process into a time consuming and exhausting odyssey, it is simply a waste of money, time and energy. Furthermore the paid audioguide on the app did NOT even work!! I filed a complaint at Italy Pass, but sadly it was simply ignored despite several reminders. So in short: This service from Italy Pass: NEVER AGAIN !
