Additional Information

In this two-and-a-half-hour session capped at 10 to 12 attendees, you are assured of direct engagement with the culinary tutor. Absorb the art of molding and stuffing traditional pasta, understanding the primary dough for filled pastas, and master the techniques of perfectly combining it with lip-smacking sauces.

Despite being a collective class, the menu will be mutually decided considering everyone’s palate.
Seasonal and certified organic produce only! There are instances where we go the extra mile and prepare the cheese for our dishes ourselves – a truly homemade experience.
The mentor possesses significant exposure with the North American and European market, allowing her to direct you with your shopping back home.

The fillings range from cheese, slow-cooked meat, delightful veggies, or fish, all organic, in-season, and locally acquired.

Marvelous experience! Highly recommend. - We learned a lot, laughed a lot and then got to eat the (delicious) fruits of our labor. It was outstanding! The instructions were sensible and easy to understand. The chef was exceptional with communication, instructions, explanations, cooking, and just the right amount of storytelling to sweeten the evening. 10/10, would go back again.

The best experience - Roberto was a fantastic host who made us feel so welcome. We loved that it was just a small group of six as it was intimate and interactive. We really enjoyed the cooking experience and learned a lot! The food was delicious and an experience we will never forget

Great food and awesome class! - The instructor, Irene, was wonderful. I don't like to cook, but I signed up for the class for my daughter and husband who do. I had a blast and loved every moment. I would definitely do it again. She made the class so much fun!

Fabulous Pasta making/cooking class - Chef Gulio was fantastic, kind, funny and a very talented chef. He answered questions, demonstrated as we went along and kept us focused and engaged. We made 3 different pasta’s and they were all great. After our hands on experience we sat down and ate a lovely meal and drank wine. There was plenty of food and wine to go around. I would definitely recommend this class to everyone

Wonderful Experience-Great Learning - We have never made pasta before and never took a cooking class. The class taught by Ms. Irene was fabulous. Not only a great chef, Ms. Irene is an excellent teacher who brought humor and fun to the experience. Making pasta was much easier than I thought, and I already have purchased a past appliance for my Kitchen Aid mixer. The class was only 8 people, so plenty of time to be involved and ask questions. After all the preparation, everyone enjoyed the meal we prepared. Also, Ms. Irene was a clean freak throughout, very important and much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Great class and experience - We had a great time. Roberto was a great, passionate and patient teacher. We were shown pasta with egg and with water as well as multicoloured pastas and different styles of pastas and sauces. Roberto explained which pastas go with what sauces very well. We then sat down and enjoyed our meal with the group. It was a very unique experience.

Fantastic evening! - Chef Vary was warm and welcoming when we arrived. Roberto was our chef, and he could not have been more talented, passionate, funny, and entertaining. Our class of 12 was a really fun group from all over the USA. We all worked on our pasta, practiced the techniques, and laughed at our mistakes. I highly recommend this class. It was a wonderful experience and a highlight of our time in Florence!

Delicious and Fun Pasta Making Class! - Julio was great! Funny and taught us about making pasta and easy sauces. He really cared about us having a wonderful experienced. Loved that it was a small class (only 6 of us total) so we all got to try making the 3 different types of pasta. This is also a class where, as a group, you get to choose the ingredients! There was a basket of veggies on the table when we arrived and we were able to pick the ones we used. At the end, there were 2 bottles of wine and water that the group shared. Only knocked down a star (really like a half star) because I was still a tad bit hungry when we left (which meant room for gelato!). Would have liked a little more pasta but honestly, the pasta and sauces were delicious!
