- Via della Chiesa, 109 - Join our family in the heart of the Oltrarno for a cooking class and tasting experience based on typical products!
You will enter a Florentine house where you will start making homemade pasta following simple recipes using products from our garden, if available, or seasonal and km0. We will enjoy the fruit of our labor by tasting wine and tasting local products and the extra virgin olive oil produced by our family.
Our exclusive garden will be the setting for your family day!

High point of our trip - The whole experience was amazing. We loved leaning how to prepare pasta and some sauces. We enjoyed the time we spent with the family, talking to them about their experiences and telling them ours. I was the high point of our trip to Florence.

Better than expectations - We enjoyed our pasta making experience more than we could have imagined. The atmosphere was so relaxed. Our hosts, their home and their gardens were so welcoming. We learned how to make pasta and the importance of sourcing ingredients fresh and locally. The conversation was easy and our pasta dinner was delicious. We left feeling as if we made new friends and gained a new skill. We highly recommend this authentic experience.

Fabulous - This was a fabulous experience. We not only learned about authentic pasta making, but tried new combinations of food, for instance fennel and olive oil. Camilla and Sanuel were gracious hosts, welcoming us into their home, talking to us about life in Italy, and picking herbs in their herb garden. Our group of 4 agreed this the a highlight of our trip.

Phenomenal - Incredible experience! Our hosts were so welcoming and enthusiastic. Amazing to have a more personal experience with a local family as we made 2 pastas, sauces, some spritz. We had a lovely dinner with their family with delicious wine and the food we made!
We learned from the family, laughed with the family, and had so much fun cooking and eating with them as well.

Wonderful evening for my husband and I! - This family was amazing. The class was so fun and they were so sweet how they showed us everything and made it simple and fun. We walked through her neighborhood with her before and she showed us her local shops for food. They love talking and teaching about local food. And they wanted to get to know us! They called us friends for life. Such a wonderful experience. If you are in Florence and want to learn from really good cooks and really nice people this is the experience for you!

We had such a wonderful... - We had such a wonderful time cooking and getting to know the family! We loved everything from shopping at the outdoor market, stopping to do cheese and wine tasting, and really getting to know Camilla and Samuel and learn about their life in Florence. Not to mention the food and wine were absolutely delicious!!!!! An A+ and a highlight of our trip to Florence

A night to remember - The most memorable part of this experience was sitting down with the family and having dinner together! Sharing stories, laughing and having great conversation. The whole experience was so beautiful to me. It felt like I knew them for years! I am so thankful I made new friends!

Best cooking experience ever! Unforgettable! - We couldn’t have imagined a better “cooking” lesson/dining experience! From the moment we walked into their beautiful, warm and inviting home we didn’t feel like guests we felt like long time friends. Such genuine hospitality and generosity. Both Samuel and Camila were so patient in teaching us how to make ravioli and homemade pasta. They were so generous in teaching us how to taste delicious olive oil and trying wines, bread and vegetables- so fresh and delicious! We will remember this always!

Great experience 10 out of 10!!! - My family and I traveled to Italy from the US. This is the first thing we did when we landed and we absolutely loved it. Learning how to make pasta in a traditional Italian home was an amazing experience. I can’t wait to take the techniques I learned home and make pasta from scratch. Treated like Family - We spent an amazing afternoon with Camilla and Sam in their home!!
We are travellers from Canada on our first trip to Italy. Instantly from walking into the door we were welcomed like family!
My girlfriend and I made memories that we will cherish forever in the short hours we spent cooking, sharing stories, laughing and enjoying some amazing homemade dishes!
We cooked Tagliatelle al Ragù di Pesce & Ravioli all while sipping local Tuscan vino… after preparing the dishes, we enjoyed the fruits of our labour which made it all the better. Everything tasted amazing!
After eating we sat and shared stories, enjoyed some homemade cookies & liqueur and laughed some more.
We would suggest this experience to anyone traveling through Florence!
