Opera - The performers were great. Such a beautiful voice! The church acoustics were perfect. It was a different, unique experience. So glad we went!

Best dining and musical show of Florence - Fantastic dinner culminating into a memorable opera night. The singers were very talented and and mesmerizing. It was indeed a wonderful musical evening.

Opera yes/ dinner no - I saw you can book this opera separately from the dinner.. I would book just the opera. Dinner was okayish and we didn’t really feel welcome in the restaurant. The opera was awesome!

Couple D - The Opera performance & talent was mesmerizing & awesome. The dinner was nice. The cost is well worth. Attending an opera in Italy with perfect piano solos.

Awful dinner - The concert was not bad for its price of EUR 25/person. The dinner was disappointing - we ordered two pizzas from the set dinner menu and the Margherita looked and tasted like the frozen ones from supermarkets. The tiramisu (also from the set dinner menu) was equally awful. My key advice is just to sign up for the concert and go eat somewhere else - there are plenty of good restaurants in Florence.

The muisc was beautiful, but I could have bought their CD - The restaurant was very nice. The music was lovely. Unfortunately we knew nothing about the singers or the paino player. They never even introduced themselves; never knew their names; didn't know their careers, passions....nothing. They didn't speak one word! It would have been great for someone to give some insight into the music chosen. No stage presence....huh?

Opera great. Restaurant a no! - The church was pretty and inviting and the Opera performance and piano were great. Really lovely. The overall rating was dragged down by the resteraunt experience before hand. We arrived ahead of time by 10-15 mins and were told that our reservation had only just been received and that they were full. We were then told that we could wait for 30 mins to be seated. Many people arrived (who had obviously booked direct) and were seated. Our 30 min wait became a 1hr and 10 min wait in the end, regardless of me highlighting to the manager our time constraints. He then seated us with less than 30 mins until we had to be at the Opera. We were set down in a corner I'm the basement. We were not given a menu as it was presumed that we should know what we wanted as it was a set menu (which we had not seen). I also flagged that we were due a dessert. We quickly chose a pizza each and this was delivered to us as soon as the chef and waiting staff could but we only had 10 min to eat before we had to go. So we didn't finish our pizza and had no dessert. For this reason I would appreciate a partial refund. The manager should have not made us wait and just said he would refund the provider we purchased our ticket from so we could go elsewhere. We had just come from a long day travelling and were so hungry and tired. This was meant to be a birthday present experience for my mum but this ruined it to be honest.

No opera! No communication - Horrible. Building was dark and closed. Took pictures. Not notification of cancellation. Want a refund.

Never made it there - Our flight was canceled, we wanted to do this so very badly. But Lufthansa had different plans. They charged us full price even though we canceled early in the day....
