- InTavola - This class Is great for those who want to have fun in the kitchen learning how to make authentic Neapolitan pizza in a wood fire oven, as well as artisanal gelato, and sorbet.
Lessons are held in English, Spanish, and Italian directly by the Chef.
Classes are scheduled:
All year round only on Wednesdays and starts at 5:30
In this unique experience, you will work in a fully equipped kitchen, including a wood-fire oven and professional appliances, guided by an expert Chef.This course is followed by a dinner in our wine cellar. The lesson duration is approximately 2.5 hours including the dinner.

In the Pizza and Gelato tutorial, it’s a collective session where the individuals will be taught to prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza using a wood-fired oven, alongside creating gelato and sorbet. Across this guided journey, you’ll master the making of three distinct courses: the starter, the primary dish, and the sweet ending. Post training, you’ll have the chance to relish the food cooked, complemented by a Tuscany Wine, within our own unique wine cellar.
- Minimum age is 7 years
