At the end of the making class we will eat the same, cooked directly from a professional chef.\nEach participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family.\n\nWe have also a dessert for you and a booklet that will accompain your pasta future

Discover the art of making homemade pasta effortlessly and perfectly. All you need is flour and water to make pasta, and we’ll reveal the tricks of the trade. Our cooking lessons will guide you through the creation of RAVIOLI, TAGLIATELLE in unique shapes, in a location situated at the heart of Florence. We’ll cook all the pasta we’ve made with three distinct sauces, followed by a group pasta tasting. Paired with the pasta, we’ll provide organic Tuscan wine, produced naturally and bottled in our own cellar called ‘Dalle Nostre Mani’. Every participant will receive easy-to-follow instructions in English for making pasta at home, these instructions will be emailed at the completion of the experience.
