Inside you can visit the Government Halls of the Republic and the private rooms of the Granducale family renovated and embellished by the architect and chronicler Giorgio Vasari, appreciated by the Grand Duke.\nThe main attraction of the Palazzo is the Salone dei 500, entirely frescoed by Giorgio Vasari, as well as the halls and apartments of the Grand Duchess Eleonora di Toledo. Saved time - I was so happy together a last minute timed ticket to be able to visit since otherwise it appeared sold out and the timed ticket saved me precious time.

Excellent - Interesting. Excellent. Doesn’t need long to walk around but well worth visiting. The tower wasn’t accessible to the top the day we went even though we had tickets but it was still good to be able to go up as far as we did

A must - Of course, visiting Palazzo Vecchio is a must.
Magnificent courtyard , impressive Council Chamber and very beautiful succession of furnished rooms decorated and full of history. Nice loggia for a moment of rest. A little less for the process of obtaining the entrance ticket: the "voucher" issued during the online purchase must be redeemed in an agency located 2 streets from the Palazzo. A few steps and a waste of time but the exchange is easy and done with a smile.

Great Tour! - This was a self-guided tour so there was no one to give us the history of the paintings and statues. However, we were able to look at everything at our own pace.

We really didn’t need the... - We really didn’t need the skip the line ticket because there was no line,, we couldn’t use the audio guide because we were not informed that we needed to do this on our phone through internet., didn’t purchase an internet service for Italy. Verifying upsetting

Would do again! - I'm a big fan of Skip-the-Line, even if you pay a little bit more, it's great to not bake out in the sun or drenched in the rain.
As with other museums in Florence, the route and works of art were laid out well and had good signage.

Day trip from Florence - This was a great day trip. Noemi and the driver were friendly, knowledgeable and kept everyone on time. The stops were fantastic. And the bus was great, very comfortable on a hot day.

Great promises but poor follow up and customer support in Florence - The explanation of how to get hold of the tickets was very inadequate, and very different for each of the six bookings that I made. In some cases I simply needed to visit a specific address, in others I had to search around to find someone who could point me in the right direction - all this in a foreign language, and under time pressures. My visit to Florence became a nightmare of worries rather than a pleasure. It wasn’t even possible to collect the entry tickets in advance - (such as for the Palazzio Vechio - I was called into the designated address a day early and they turned me away.
Each booking confirmation said the tickets would be emailed to us 24 hours in advance of each event - but that was a false promise that left my partner and I in a state of permanent panic. I would recommend this type of service to a friend because it is the only way to get to see the key museums and art collections without queuing 4-6 hours for each one - but I would warn him/her that Viator’s customer support in Florence is very poor.

Don’t recommend - I booked for a 930 appointment it said to be there by 915. What the booking failed to mention is that the doors to the Duomo don’t open until 1015 so we didn’t even get in until after 11. Not to mention that the audio devices we were given to listen to the guide continuously cut out - so we could barely hear our guide.
